Honestly, this is a powerful hack that can skyrocket the growth of one's business. I neevr heard of a referral strategy like this. I love it. It's simple and truly strategic. I got to implement it. Thanks for sharing Joan and theFutur.
She is very professional and have a clear process and solution for everything. For my agency, word of mouth worked like a charm for 10 years till now. Never spent any dime on cold messaging, Ads or any lead generation strategy. I totally agree with what she said and loved all the tips especially having WOM as part of strategy.
Y'all are SOOO random ..... .. and I absolutely love it This was a scrumptious podcast; I gobbled it up and started applying it instantly. It's effective ✨✨✨
I also have a small consulting type business that I am in the early stages of building some marketing around. I feel like any of these social media campaigns, advertising etc take time to get traction people need to see them over and over and over and over again so it's more of a long game of getting business that way I think anyway.
I feel like she has really good ideas and approaches. How come every time I approach a marketing agency the immediately go to things like Google ads, yelp ads etc etc is that just the easy way out nowadays?
To work with dream clients you have got to be an absolute master, let's be real. No big client is going to get an average designer; I'm not saying it's unfair, it's just a very uncomfortable reality (like many in life). Unfortunately I'm on the disadvantage side of the fence.
At the same time, there are mediocre designers with crazy client lists, so its more like who you know instead of what you know.. even online. I don't know many big name people either unfortunately, but I did get some smallfry jobs by getting out there to meet people at different events lol
Maybe I am old-school, but if I get an email from anyone soliciting business and it starts with "Hey," it is immediately going in the trash. You are a stranger asking for business, not a buddy inviting me to a BBQ.
I've seen the whole interview, but I came here to say that the Thumbnail is a masterpiece! :)
Exactly! You can say that again. The thumbnail pulled me in even though I just watched the whole interview less than two hours ago.
I came here again to see , if it had few more seconds of clip lol !
Where can I watch the whole interview?

Mind connecting as I’m into the same thing🙌
Nearly 2 million subscribers!! You've come a long way. That's 1 billion minus 2 million now.
Thank you 🙏
Loved this!
The thumbnail designer needs a raise🚀
One must engage directly with potential clients.

I am coming from soft one 4.6 and I am so torn with soft soft. It seems great as it is so in-depth in its' capabilities but, so fiddly to get
This is great!!!
True. My agency scaled up by word of mouth too.
just now realizing I'm ahead on Spotify🤙

Is the Nielsen study publicly available, specially for free, to be read? Thank you! And of course, keep up the great content!
How do you know if you're the Big Fish in your area?

The thumbnail made me click this
Oh my god that thumbnail 😂😂😂
Why is the whole video a blank screen only showing the future logo? I hear her voice but it’s all a blank screen.
You may have audio only on, or not a high enough speed to see the video.

You are average because you have inferiority complex.
Everyone starts at somewhere even those big agencies you are talking about you low self esteem

$30k on a funnel and $3k on ads? You got ripped off so hard
Entrepreneurship is taking risk.

Spending 30k grand and no leads at all? that sure will scare people who want to use social media advertising lol
