I think the appeal of going back and doing their stuff from the start is that their debut 'Black Mamba' and early tracks like 'Next Level' and 'Savage' are iconic ones that are sort of like required listening. I think if you prioritise those (and perhaps 'Welcome to My World' - but that's just 'cause I love it personally 😅), then flow around with other Aespa content as you desire, you'll be golden. First off, you mentioned enjoying the ‘rocky’ type sound (noticed there’s a guitar player in the household ofc ;), and also seemed interested in groups who are heavily involved in the creative process for their music. So I think you guys would really enjoy checking out kpop bands (distinct from just k-bands, but still under the umbrella; these are specifically bands from kpop companies) Two in particular from JYPE: 1. Day6 (my other ult group alongside Exo, so you KNOW I have super high standards) 😄 2. Xdinary Heroes - I actually wanna emphasize these guys even more than my aforementioned ult group because they are pretty new; debuted Dec 2021, and are just crazy impressive with their vocals, instrumentation, songwriting, composition, arrangement etc. 2/3 of the band were age 19 at debut and just absolutely killing it from Day 1 with so many years of growth still ahead of them. They have had 4 mini albums so far and a playlist of all their songs is just shy of 1:30mins so it’s a very manageable size and certainly the ideal time to discover their music. They also have some epic covers! Being the SKZ super fans that you are, I’d really recommend starting with their HELLEVATOR live cover 🤩 As the JYPE boy group successors of SKZ, they definitely made them proud with that one and the live instruments just take it to the next level. Here are a few other highly recommended videos from them: • Pluto (Live performance at Npop specifically. It’s from their latest album and perfectly captures the nostalgia of late 90s, early noughties punk/ alt rock 😍) • Impossible cover - originally by Nothing But Thieves • Pirates Live Clip (Hands down one of their best songs ✨) • Knock Down Live Clip (Same as above ^^) • Strawberry Cake (Not sure how to describe it, just gotta see / hear it to believe this song) • Previous recs have been b-sides but i love their title tracks as well. Would recommend TEST ME, from their first comeback, right after the debut single. Also!!!! They just had their first European tour and played a couple of shows in London! Small venue, sold out, intimate vibes, def accessible while they are still relatively anonymous. Hoping they come to my continent at some point 🥲 Anyway, I really hope you get to explore those and the creative muscles these groups are able to flex with their work. Please react to TVXQ's killing voice. They are an og boy group from sm entertainment. The are celebrating their 20 year anniversary this year. They are very well known for their amazing vocals and showcased them well in the killing voice. ❤❤❤❤

You should react to Giselle's Collab of smtown in zoo with NCT boys, winter has a Collab with Mark and chanyeol Aespa is one of the most unique 4th gen groups handa down, you should react to illusion, girls, next level, savage there are sooo many!!! And 2 of the aespa members (karina, winter) are also part of sm girl supergroup it's called got the beat and sm also have a boy supergroup called SuperM the members are baekhyun, Kai, Lucas (of wayv which is a NCT subgroup for Chinese members but he left NCT few months ago) taeyong, Ten, Mark (NCT) TAEMIN (shinee).
To be fair, I think they got this from me, and it was because I said on average Red Velvet has way more cute videos so that would make aespa "scarier" 😂
