My climate control is quite outdated, I can't get my rooms to egg temperature😂🤣😂 This recipe very close to my egg bread recipe. Wow, that's a lot of fat content, I have never used that much before, will have to try it out. Lard RULES!!!!! Wooooooooooooooo!!!!! Ounces is for measuring weed. GRAMS!!!!!!!!!! Poppy seeds on those babies for me. Awesome looking buns VG😉😛 RTFO!!!🤘

I think this is very similar to a Brioche bread, with just lard in place of the butter. I agree it's a lot of lard but man are these babies good.
