I hear food republic is amazing. Personally there isn't much on the menu that appeals to me so I haven't been, but I love how NCL is a leader in specialty dining and has no many options available beyond say steak and Italian.
Loved, loved, loved Food Republic. Had lunch there on our last sea day a couple of weeks ago. And I have to admit my husband and I used our dining package and ate all 8!!! There were tables on either side of us that were sharing 1 dining credit for 2 people
I love Cagney’s, Onda and Teppanyaki! I thought Food Republic was only sushi which I don’t like. I get at least 3 specialty restaurants for each 7 days. On my November b2b 23 day cruise I have 9 and will definitely try Food Republic!

Food Republic was ok on NCL Escape. It was during American football season, so we were mostly there for drink. Still prefer the Local/o'sheeans.
