By far the best way I like to work with them is to lay them down on a plate, or any non porous surface, even a piece of plastic will work.. and pick them up with a waterbrush. They go down way more smoothly and you can blend the colors while they are damp or directly on the "palette". You can also drop water into them to create blooms or drop colors into one another while they are wet. This also works with other waterbased markers.

yes i've tried the palette before - unfortunately if you add just a little too much water it can bleed through. I was also trying to see what it was like to lay them down first. it was a bit of an experiment. thanks for the tips!

I’m liking this little series! I’m not one for big, long colour alongs, so these little vignettes are perfect. Enjoying seeing how you’re doing them with different brands and mediums.

I'm so glad! These little series are getting a bit of mixed reviews... (According to the number stats...) so I wasn't sure if I would do another series or not. But I've had a couple people, like you, reach out and tell me why they like the series so that makes it seem worth it to me - if even a few people like it enough to speak up about it!

I don’t know why, but when I try to hit the like button it says “caller doesn’t give permission “
Love this ❤ have you ever used them as water color? I think this turned out super cute, and the white pc really neat! And yazzz those embellishments ❤
