Yukheis Fanboy The judges liked him because he was able to overcome boundaries that not a lot of men can do by controlling his body the same way as females do while dancing. They liked how he can feminine sexy and masculine sexy.

I think Eddie entered this competition fully aware that he might not make it far, he probably knows how risky it is knowing how he can't speak korean, isn't asian etc... however, I don't think he made a bad decision. Personally I think he entered this competition, not nessecarily to win or smth but rather to gain more recognition. We all know hes an amazing dancer and that he has lots of talent- so it makes sense that he wants to show people what hes capable off. I personally think he succeded, sure he might not come very far but he has definitely left some sort of footprint after himself, people will definitely remember him.

The thing is he knows he'll stand out as well from the other contestants because of how different his dancing is, he chose two quite feminine dances as well and danced them with such grace and femininity which you never really see in korean shows like these. Normally when a guy dances to a gir group song they don't do it seriously however Eddie does and you can tell he enjoys it. I think he definitely stood out and will be remembered from this
his dancing skills are different from anybody because he is versatile and it's somehow difficult to find that. let's just appreciate his skills because he can dANCE

Eddie a great dancer but he is better at female choreo. You can tell he is out of his comfort zone or need help to polish his moves when it comes to male choreo. Eddie is going to have a hard time because not only does he have to get used to male choreo he also tends to dance feminine and too sexy. I never paid attention to his vocals so I can't comment on that...
Saucy Hooman I’ve seen some his other vids with his group and he’s actually done some boy group dance covers BUT I also agree. Although, I feel that he’ll probably get used to it with time, hopefully he won’t get booted in the next ep.

In my opinion, (disclaimer: not a dancer though), i think its actually an advantage for both genders if they can execute both what is known masculine and feminine "dance movements", and I do believe Eddie slayed those.

Well to be honest he dances better to female songs choreo than to the male one... He will need to polish it a bit... Also him being openly gay is not going to help him debut in Korea... Korea is still quite homophobic... Even though he is talented and if he improves even more he could debut... I think they are going to keep him for views and then he will be dropped because Koreans will not vote for him...

For the comments saying "blablabla korea homophia, blablabla this and that" we get it, its hard, but lgbt people cannot simply not be, just as how artists cant just not be artists. Its ok and valid to not come out if someone deem it unsafe for them, BUT!, with more reason we cannot discourage those brave artists who are willing to put at risk their integrity and career success to be their authentic selves. With more reason we need to support them!! support the change and them pushing a safe space for lgbt people in the industry, they will be the ones paving the way for next generations of artists who happen to be lgbt in the future.

Obviously a big part of why he didn’t advance far was because of many Korean fans who just didn’t like him because he was “different” but another part of it was that first of all he struggled in Korean greatly and needed to work on his voice
