nice video sir thanks run for 5 to 10 minutes and shut down the alternator is pushing 13.9 volts, i just did apm with om parts and still doing that all fuses are good fans both working good, you have idea what else could be?

Can you get all the filters from Walmart, or auto store? You have really helped thank you for posting this video.
If it is possible , try to use OEM or high quality filters. Cheap aftermarket don't do there job.
Don’t even listen to him he just trying to resale shit, just google all part numbers and buy there or go to napa or orally and match part numbers and you can get much cheaper

I did service, put everything back together.
I filled new diesel filters with diesel as well. It started and after 1 second shutted down. It’s cranking and won’t start now, Any suggestions ?

You can use full synthetic10w30 or I always use 15w40 that's the cheaper one

Just use the same oil that you use on the truck so you have with bottle to keep
5w40 IS THE ONLY OIL YOU HAVE TO USE IN THOSE ENGINES!

I just changed my filters and oil today but now I’m getting a yellow triangle showing up on the module after running APU for 5 min. Fan stops blowing air after the alarm comes on. Do you know what might be causing this?

Why is fuel NOT POURING out of your system like it is mine when I change that small filter behind the fuel pump???? Fuel was pouring out when I took that clear piece off now it's leaking!!! Maybe you should warn people about that first. Thermo king says there's no way to stop fuel from coming through the system. How is yours not leaking when you remove it??????????

I have tripac APU 2011 ac it runs about 3 hours and stop with the code eng, are you know what the problem ?
First i will check coolant valve or fan on the precooler radiator on the right side of the Tripac. Also there maybe a air in the Tripac coolant system.
hi I am having an issue with my tripac no power at my fuses on the ecm all the f fuses no power.what could be up with the unit
There is 50 amp fuse inside the APU unit check that one
@@dimushallc7512 that's the big fuse in the back.if that fuse is blown I won't get power to the board?only the fuses in the f sockets are not working no power to them

TheSmartspirit my local Thermo King rep told me they are using Delvac 15w40 on all of the units they service

Thermo King told me it was every 2,000 hrs!
2,000 Hour Interval - Oil change interval is every 2,000 hours of operation only
when using a Thermo King brand oil filter and CJ-4 or better oil. Units with
optional DPF require CJ-4 or better oil.

500 Hour Interval - Oil change interval is every 500 hours of operation when
using any other brand oil filter and CI-4 or better oil. Units with optional DPF
require CJ-4 or better oil.
That is for TriPac™ EVOLUTION recommended.
The oil change interval has been revised to every 1,000 hours of operation only when using a Thermo
King brand oil filter and CG-4 or better oil. The oil change interval is every 500 hours of operation when
using any other brand oil filter and CG-4 or better oil. The oil change interval remains 500 hours for all
Tier 2 TriPac units that do not use a Thermo King oil filter.

you can have engine hydrolock, oil can go into the air port
I’m guessing this engine is used for various applications, in some applications oil could be poured on top but it’s not the case for TK APU. However I’ve seen engine being damaged by putting oil on top.

You have to fix it.
Try hitting it with elbow like the Fanze

Totally BS this guy doesn’t have a formal shop , If you are a truck driver OTR that means you need to get your apu fixed right away !!! There is no chance to leave the truck for two days come on!!! If you don’t have time to take customer REMOVE THE ADS!! remove the businesses from google! So we don’t waste our time, Driver this guys has no time for your apu maintenance don’t waste you time go somewhere else….
