I don't know about that. Maybe if you don't read comic books or about time parodoxes. I actually wasn't surprised at all I remember actually predictin it the episode before when he started followin her. It's a common trope in comic books for the outcast to become a hero.
For such a good overarching plot and great writing in the first three seasons, the Season 3 finale was awful. Out of all the ways they could come up with for Alisha to die, it’s a cheap blink and you miss it spontaneous knife job by a spirit who’s attitude suddenly changes for the plot. What even was the point of the spirits? To sow discord in the relationship that led to nothing, a bit of love then a knife trick.
Yeah what an insult. I mean I understand if they can't destroy the time paradox and keep it a bittersweet/romantic tragic story... but she needed a proper send off. Buried somewhere special, with a great final line. Alisha had amazing character development, some of the best in the show. Then nope.
If Nathan hadn’t told Simon about fruity cough sweet in the present then “slag” Alisha from the past might not have even have liked him so Simon would never have gone back in time because him and Alisha might not have even loved each other so maybe this entire story line was based off of a cough sweet
Now I wasn't a fan of what Alisha did, when she got her powers basically r*ped Curtis & didn't give a shlt when he stated as much, kind of soured her character for me.
Once Alisha died and Simon went back, Misfits died with them, was never the same with Simon gone.
True. I just rewatched the future Simon episodes to finish his story in that big loop. I only kept watching for Curtis, and when he died, I stopped.
True, if Nathan had stayed and Kelly didn't leave MAYBE they could have salvaged with them and Curtis. But to me Misfits ended at Season 3.
The show died when Nathan left imo
I actually found Abbey’s story quite interesting but that wasn’t enough to keep going
Yeah I'd agree with that.
Such an incredible story. These two had amazing chemistry. What a TV power couple 👊
One of the biggest plot twists in tv history

It was actually alluded to many times previously before.
Love it, timeless wonder! Thanks mate for bringing back the feels - watching season 2 right now!
I'm glad you liked it. This show was amazing. I still watch the first three seasons often.
I miss the says of this being on and each episode being new and exciting
Love this arc

I agree. Apart from the Season 5 finale, the Season 3 ending was the worst

It looks a little bit better, when you remember, that it was Simon, who actually killed Rachel
Ok, so: if he knew he would be shot in the chest: why did he not plan to wear a bullet proof suit???
Why he don’t tell her about this future Girl 😢

Okay I love Nathan but we don't have to give him credit for everything! 😅
Question is how, many Simons are there??? And how did the first travel back in time in the first place
Ok I think i just found out why I haven't finished watching the series nvm 😂😂
There's only one Simon and one reality, it's a closed timeloop, not a multiuniverse, like in Curtis's case
