The X-Men Face Magneto's Attack! [STOP MOTION]

- A sentinel has been unleashed to hunt down and stop Magneto from attacking the city. A splinter group of X-Men arrive on the scene to protect any mutant bystanders from getting caught in the crossfire but they will have to confront the master of magnetism himself and he's got a few surprises in store for them.

It’s taken a long time to collect all these figs my friend. No worries, with a bit of patience, you’ll probably have an even better collecting one day.

Why does storm not have her powers? Did I miss something?
A few reasons why I choose to write that plot point. There was a time in the comics while she’s wearing this particular costume that she looses her powers. Forge made a machine that neutralizes mutant powers to help rogue but hits storm with it instead by accident. I thought it would be an interesting dynamic for her character. I also feel I didn’t have the right effects at my disposal to do her powers justice so I figured I would wait tell a future video when I’ve upgraded my editing software. I plan on getting the first appearance costume that was announced recently and get her throwing lightning bolts and summoning windstorms as she should. So stay tuned my friend. ^_^

Sooo, this video is bitter sweet... Your stop motion skills are excellent, the dialogue and voice acting was great, the cinematography was top notch, the lighting and camera work was awesome... the only thing I can find fault with is the frames per second or speed. If you can just up that a little bit, this would be damn near perfect. Right now it's enjoyable but it could be EPIC....just sayin... Anyway nice video I look forward to more!

@@windwirler I actually do animation too. I know my viewers mentioned my frames per second as an improvement point early on as well. I started out doing 8 frames per second, now I'm up to 12 -15 depending on the type of scene. However, a wise person once told me, "Frames per second matter but not as much as you think, you can make a smooth animation with 10-20 frames per second if you have enough patience to take A LOT of pictures and be meticulous with movements." Now let me offer a disclaimer... I am in no way an expert, in fact I consider myself mediocre because I judge my self based on the best of the stop motions I watch. Also are you using a blue tooth remote for your camera? This also helped me out greatly as it provided a more steady camera since I didn't have to touch it as much. Just food for thought, I really like your style, so I'm offering as much as I can to a fellow respected animator.
@@datamag2018 I am digging your latest Transformers short. Very clean. I'd definitely rate it quite higher then mediocre lol but it's good to hold ones self to a high standard, it pushes us to improve. Thanks for paying that advice forward. I'll keep that in mind for future projects. I have a clicker I used when I was taking pics with my phone but I just upgraded to a new camera and haven't tried to pair it. I'll definitely look into it now tho. Much respect right back atchya!
