I keep a bankers box in my pantry for each child and one for me. At the end of the year (or whenever) all the papers we want to keep go in there. If a box gets full, we take time to cull down to just the favorite things to make room for more.

Year round schooling simply spreads out the schooling that is normally done in 36 weeks. You will not get a long summer break however you are getting smaller breaks throughout the year whether you plan a traditional school year to last August through the following July, September through the following August, or January through December.
