Loved your version of the cake and how you brought out the flavour and feel of Coke with spices and citrus zests. Most recipes for this cake never bother to explain why they would use Cocoa Cola in a chocolate cake to begin with as, apparently, there is no Coke flavour in the end...so what's the point? But you, at least tried to explain and amplify that. Also, I loved your quick and simple glaze compared to everyone else's heavy, buttery frosting.
