Hey Catherine! I also struggle with something similar. In high school I passed out multiple times because of something similar. It was super frustrating for me. It went away but it's been coming back recently, so I'm in it with ya. I passed out giving a talk in church a few months ago. NOT IT! Haha glad we can relate! Love your vlogs :)
Catherine, I too suffered from panic attacks in my twenties. I thought I was dying...I had no insurance and went broke paying for tests just to assure myself I didn’t have something wrong. I was a young mother, had a job, and took care of our home. Stress consumed my body I guess. It took a couple of years...I somehow volunteered at my child’s school! Met other moms and shared life ...the attacks became fewer and then gone! I still think it may try to creep back sometimes, but I somehow focus on something else. I am now 65. I know how debilitating this is. I couldn’t leave my home unless it was to a doctor. Get involved in something fun and share your experiences . Good people will help you through. The very best to you.
