He is your son. He needs your love and affection. He shouldn’t do that to him because you have not been in his life. He didn’t get to see him grow up. He still needs his father. I’ve always figured if my husband has a child from his previous relationship and I came last, I’d be hurt, for sure and broken hearted 💔 but I would not dislocate his duties as a father to his child.

The kid has every right to know who their real dad is! You don’t know if the kid’s step dad even love him! The adult should be adults because it’s not the kid’s fault! If the mom didn’t tell the kid then it would be the mom blaming the kid for coming to this world!
