On the compression welder giving cold welds. I noticed there isn't much time for a full compression of parts before the weld is initiated. Time, Pressure and heat/current are the main components to an effective weld cycle. If you can incorporate some type of limit switch that could be mechanically manipulated to buy just a miniscule amount of time could help tremendously. Be Blessed

It seems there is only 4 or 5 tracks used and on this particularly long upload it is sooooo repetitive I shut sound off
If you go to 17:30 on the video , that dude fair-play to him has got major trust in his inventions , if that propeller blade got damaged in the hit he had before this moment , he could of had a failure with the propellor, if so it most likely would be curtains for the chap...the blade would or could cut your damn throat in two, especially with them speed's it was flying , if/when/eventually ...it were cracked or shattered and hit's that dude hard as hell, it most likely would be really messy after, where or when ever someone found the chap , he most definitely be visiting a hospital of some description, just to try remove bits of it, that's if he were still alive!!!!

You NEVER remove the vent caps from gel cell batteries. You WILL ruin them!!! Gel cell batteries are pressurized to reduce out gassing during charging and they are vented to release over pressure if over charged. When you remove the caps, you permanently destroy both features.
And Bro. Project 5 You just don't give a #%$@ do you? That prop is Mooooving and your just sitting there giving it "just a little more!" Awesome stuff but be careful, your encouraging people to try stuff like this and some of those people are probably younger children. And they don't always make good decisions.
