Wow! Could have been a lot worse. I have an Escort Redline with a mirror blend mount in my C8 ZO6. No guarantee, but it definitely helps.

That suspension thing happened to me too but in Massachusetts…i missed a court date do to a bad snow storm and kept trying to contact them to reschedule and nobody ever answered or called back so they suspended it. Cop was cool and said get it fixed and come to court and we’ll dismiss it

Thats crazy about the suspended license! And that cop was pretty cool about it all considering! Could have been alot worse. If that was I-4 you were on, i think i know exactly that spot where the cop was too lol. Thats a favorite spot of theirs i used to pass on a regular basis lol.

I just bought a z a month ago, and 102 is like idling, especially on the highway but from the video or the way the doted line looked like I would say about 140 that trooper was cool he understood why we buy cars like that for it could've been a lot worse.

Man, you are so lucky that trooper was cool. Thats a criminal citation most places, 20 over and they can tow your car automatically if they want. Do you have a radar detector? I have one hard wired in all my cars and has saved my ass SOOOOO many times. I get alerts a mile away in open spaces like the road you were on. You can hard wire it in yourself being handy, I had Best Buy do mine for $30 per car, direct to fusebox and detector between visor and windshield in my C8, not a blendmount wired to mirror.
What’s the advantage of your method versus to the mirror?
@@ItsIntelligent This is just my preference but its for two reasons. In the C8 I think under mirror mounts sit a little low and I don't like it in my sight line. Its perfectly tucked up out of the way behind my visor and secondly, if I have my roof off you cant see the detector where I have it so less likely someone would try to reach in or try to steal it if my car is parked somewhere and the roof is not on it.
I had the mirror mount in my C7 and it was fine but I much prefer this way having had both. I have 5 cars and each one is mounted this way, a couple had the mirror mount and at times could interfere w/ the movement of the mirror as my wife would adjust it so just got away from the mirror mounts altogether.
