I made this several times my friend from Costa Rica gave me this similar recipe and I noticed that is the same recipe but except for Chile pasilla you added, but everything else is the same. I just bought some chicken breasts with rib meat and bones in them. I'm gonna cook those with some boneless chicken breasts so the meat comes out extra juicy. It's gonna be good!!!!

I wish there were a list of ingredients as well as specific measurements because it looks like a couple steps were skipped; from the tomatoes being ripe, to then in the blender you can see a char on them; as if they were boiled or put on a grill for a little bit. looks like a great recipe and I would love to try it . thanks.

I USE MY HAND MIXER TO SHRED ANY MEAT IT WORKS GREAT.
that's a good base, I'll be adding zucchini, bell peppers and potatoes to mine. Kind of like El Torito's, yummy, can't wait to make it.
