Excellent video. What you're doing is literally starting a new life....a rebirth, learning a different way of thinking, talking, listening and feeling.....I'm excited for you. This is no small feat. Our personalities are developed by the time we are 6 years old, so any damage done to us during that time (and after) becomes a part of who we are. It is possible to recreate yourself but it takes some self centeredness and lots of self love and patience. You're worth that hard work.... I know you know that. Sending lots of love and support to you...from someone who is also working hard at finding herself and recreating her damaged thought process. P.S. ...it get's easier with time as new habits are formed :) Stay strong!
I absolutely adore you and I love how open and honest you are about your experiences with therapy, in the US there is such a stigma about any mental health issue. I experienced a traumatic event at work 3 years ago and had to go to therapy. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) has made a TOTAL difference for me! Good luck and keep plugging into OLGA! ❤️ let us know how the sidmool serums are, I saw the whitening on Amazon and ordered it last night, it was relatively inexpensive. Still LOVING my volufiline! Ps. Have been without internet, electrical etc. We had a hurricane and my backyard tree uprooted, hit my roof....thank God, no one got hurt too bad. My next door neighbor was kind enough to put some of my garden fixtures away from the wind but she had a horrific fall on my stairs which left her face quite bruised. I felt so bad. She is 71. However she is healing and I do have insurance just in case! One never knows. Thinking of you and may God bless you and watch over you now and always. There’s so much I wanted to tell you and I will but this video once again made me realize that I am still trying too hard for people to except and love me. As you can imagine there are many reasons for this but I am a lot better than I was at this time last year. Thank you for all of your help, love and support ❤️🌹❤️🌹❤️🌹❤️🌹. Same issues for me at work. All my love!

OH, dearest Olga, it is so brave of you to talk publicly about your therapy. I get you completely. My mother was very violent. I have been to so many therapies in my life. That helped me to be more normal but still have the difficulties you mentioned in this video. Pain and suffering make people to choose between 2 ways, I think: very sensitive and extremely human or hard like a rock with no empathy. The equilibrium is very hard, very hard indeed. I wish you the best from the bottom of my heart. If one person gets freedom it is a present for all humanity, we are like stars in constant constellation. Muchos besos y un fuerte abrazo.

Greetings from Texas! I have an 18 year old nephew who is going through a very difficult time because his dad is an alcoholic. My sister and I are trying to get my nephew to go to therapy but at his age, we can not force him. My nephew is very skeptical and does not think therapy will help him. It is a very sad situation. My heart goes out to you and all the children that have to go through such a difficult situation. You have a beautiful soul so let it shine! Your difficult experiences will one day help others, I am sure of that! Also, be proud of your gorgeous skin! As a mom and woman we are never satisfied with our skin, hair etc. My daughter has beautiful red curly hair but she likes it straight! No matter what color skin, hair etc. we are blessed with, we should just enjoy it! At my age, I am glad I have healthy skin and hair! Enjoy you time off!! Love and Blessings!

Hi Olga, been working on ACA issues for 30 years, I am 61 years young. Journaling always helps to process my feelings. Calling a friend who understands ACA issues, and having a prayer partner has helped me to get through the toughest times. I will be praying for your new journey, my relationship with the Lord has given me the wisdom and strength to move through the disappointments, traumas and bad relationships. My husband and me have been married 34 years, we have 5 amazing kids and we are survivors of alcoholism. May you find His peace and safety in the storms of life. You are beautiful inside and out, you have been given a platform to minister to hearts as well as helping women feel beautiful!May the Lord bless you and keep you may he make His face to shine upon you and give you peace(Shalom).Numbers 6:24.
I just wanted to add.... please don't feel pressured to darken your perfect skin. Your complexion is flawless and doesn't need those chemicals all over it. Those other 'orange' women only WISH they could have skin as lovely as yours!
in Eastern Europe brown-ish skin is a must have in order to look hot and beautiful and even more so- acceptable. I come from country, very close to Poland and oh my, let me tell you - if you got a thin skin, better don't risk to wearing summer clothes in public - you will get shamed at every corner for being 'too white'. To me it's something what never made sense, I associate it with self hate, strongly projected on other people. Now, I live away from my country and here my white skin is not an issue. Yes, sometimes people stare, but nobody dares to say a thing. also I do see mvny locals girls, rocking denim shorts and crop tops, being as white as I am. Dunno what remarks are they getting if any. I hope- none. Getting tan for me is super hard and I'm too clumsy to succeed with self tan, it's just too much for my lazy self. I hope more and more people become tolerant to other people or at least polite enough to shut their mouths when they r not asked. :p

Hi Olga czy mogła byś powiedzieć jak znalazłaś te grupę DDA, ja również mieszkam w uk i próbuje znaleźć coś takiego dla siebie samej. Pozdrawiam gorąco x
bubulinka6 Grupa sama mnie znalazła, bo parę miesięcy wcześniej wysłałam wiele maili do psychologów z zapytaniem o oferty i ceny (wtedy jeszcze nie szukałam grupy ale czegoś indywidualnego). Jeden z nich miał mojego maila i jakiś czas później napisał sam z siebie czy nie chce wziąść udziału w grupie. Moja grupa była darmowa organizowana przez charity Health in Mind, nie wiem czy oni są tylko w Szkocji czy w całej UK. Ponadto wszelkie grupy dla AA działają na podobnych zasadach. Radziłbym poszukać w Googlach i powysylac maile z zapytaniem do psychologów i właśnie charities, w większych miastach taka pomoc powinna być nawet darmowa.
