Another supplement we give our girls in the winter months is whole corn. I heard it generates heat in their bodies! I do the natural dewormer and the 'wormies' too!!!

That is a good one as well, we usually give them scratch grains at night. It's a mixture of cracked corn, oats, and wheat.

Yep, and the fat trimmings from processing our deer. Most of the meat scraps that we ended up feeding to the chickens were too fatty to be ground up for us.
