@Louis Kane yea, I've been using flixzone} for years myself =)
good stuff guys keep it up
Thank you mate!
huge respect for 4WD TV
Thank you, greatly appreciated!
Nice
Would love to hear more about the hybrid 80 series/ patrol front diff??!
these rigs have some wild mods. See of you can get onto the owner via Facebook or Insta...lovely people!
Could you send a link to his fb pls...I want to follow the 80 build
I must decide between treps and stt pro. Do you think treps would debead more because of the hard sidewalls on non-beadlock rims?
@@johnolivier5171 Geez, chalk and cheese mate. STT Pro is a street legal tyre. Treps are not. All depends on your application. I have never had Treps come off a rim. ATM I am running Baja Boss and yes, dropped them off the bead heaps, but it's not the tyre...it is is low pressures on a big truck. If you want traction, nothing hooks up like Treps. If you need a street legal tyre, run the Baja Boss. The STT Pro is awesome, the Baja Boss is just better.
@@johnolivier5171 was there a link in the episode? If not we don't have it sorry mate.
Nice👍
Totally!
Which rear hub (6 stud) can equally fit in a 75 lancruiser series, mine had 14 size nut but the threads are worn out
Best to contact a spare parts store mate but depending on your needs and brake configuration, all Landcruiser hubs up until the 100 and back as far as the 1976 40series will fit.
Great vid. I'm planning 37"Treps on my 80. Have you debeaded on non headlock rims? What psi are you running?
trips usually hold quite tight but they were likely at around 16PSI...very tough side walls.
@@4WDTV Have you ever debeaded on non headlock rims?
@@olivierjohan2321 yes mate, many times! We push the boundary with pressure and terrain all the time. So we have shown quite a few times this year how to safely reseat beads on normal rims.
Do urself a favour mate I’ve got some treps. Bead locks or nothing , they pop beads regularly
@@danthedingo2024 Thanks for that info! What tire would you suggest...I don't want to run beadlocks?
Gods not a girl.
Well, it was a bit of a Joke and he did say 'if'. Just having some fun mate, no offence intended.
@@4WDTV I’m sorry for the offense taken, that was my bad. Thank you for clarifying.
@@AdventureBraten01 no offence and no problem! All easy mate. Merry Christmas.
@@4WDTV Merry Christmas to you too
