Nightwing keeps up with people like Deathstroke and Batman. Also, Daredevil gets problems from the Punisher, who has no superpowers, quite regularly, so it's not like he can't be beaten by non-supers. You're drastically over-exaggerating Daredevil.

Considering that Sandman has been able to trap people in a sandstorm and drain all the air around them, what's stopping him from doing the same to Clayface? Oxygen is kinda iffy here but he could still drain all the moisture from him and leave behind a dried up husk. I'm not sure if that would kill Clayface though. To be fair, Clayface could severely weaken Sandman simply by touching him but the question is can he really kill Sandman? He'd have to figure out how Sandman works, find the "soul grain" and destroy it. Meanwhile Sandman could just dry him up and dump him into a body of water to finish him off. Yes, it would be an interesting match and a close match, but Sandman does have the "plot armour" of being almoust unkillable whereas Clayface has been terminated by water and melting before. As much as I love Clayface I'll have to lean towards Sandman in this fight.
Sandman can absorb more sand. I'm not sure if its backed up in comics but he's absorbed an entire beach in the spectacular spider man TV sires and in spider man 3 he just grew and grew
to my knowledge, the only canon 'termination' of a clayface happened to matt hagen in crisis on infinite earths. it took an anti-matter shadow demon to destroy him. clayfaces have been acknowledged as nigh-unkillable - simply 'drying him up' is not gonna work (he's not actually made of clay, either)
Live-action was amazing. Everybody did a fantastic job. Still much more hyped for Mario VS Sonic 2 than anything else right now, but look forward to more live-action battles. And at the end of the day, the word to best describe this fight: WOW!!!!

If the feeding off each other stuff is what you're deciding then this point to be made, star can feed off marvel's power if she goes binary, but everything star can do WILL feed marvel. Because of this marvel will only get stronger and stronger, star may feed off her but everything she does to try to hurt marvel will only feed her again, so star will only feed off one form of marvel, but marvel will feed off any and everything that star does at a distance which is how she mostly fights, and even when she gets close she covers her fists in energy, so even getting beat up will feed marvel.
Nightwing vs Daredevil is still the best episode of the season so far, in my opinion of course. Also, Captain Marvel vs Starfire?! That's actually not a bad idea...but I perfer Android 18 vs Starfire. Plus, Captain Marvel wins somewhat easily due to her binary form.

I still don't think Spongebob vs Gumball is a sensible idea. No offense, but both those characters are squash and stretch characters meaning they can't actually die from physical pain. If the feeding off each other stuff is what you're deciding then this point to be made, star can feed off marvel's power if she goes binary, but everything star can do WILL feed marvel. Because of this marvel will only get stronger and stronger, star may feed off her but everything she does to try to hurt marvel will only feed her again, so star will only feed off one form of marvel, but marvel will feed off any and everything that star does at a distance which is how she mostly fights, and even when she gets close she covers her fists in energy, so even getting beat up will feed marvel.
Nightwing vs Daredevil is still the best episode of the season so far, in my opinion of course.
