I don’t live in a Boston but, as an outsider, my biggest concern about Seaport would be potential flooding associated w/storm surges. And yes, buildings constructed upon land fill would be a concern too though I have to say that isn’t that also true for other areas of Boston (e.g., Back Bay, etc.)? Have there been any issues in that regard in those areas?
I love Seaport. I am in Dorchester. I just catch the commuter rail to South Station and walk to Seaport. It’s a great place to hang out on the weekends. Especially in the summer.
Seaport is close to Back Bay if you take the T to park street and switch to green to go around Back Bay! Having a car is a personal preference. Depends on where you live, work, and where you plan on going around Boston or the suburbs
You definitely don’t need a car in Boston if you don’t mind rideshare and cabs since public transportation stops by 11pm. Lot of bike lanes to use in the dry weather . Back bay is not walking distance
Have you thought of taking some B roll of the areas you are talking about? Check youtuber Monica Church or Shelby Church for inspiration? Maybe you are inspired by the ivy league lecture mindset in Boston.
Your video would have been so much more successful had to had some king of bullet points written down and did not constantly repeat yourself over and over ...
What Boston neighborhood do you want to see featured next??

Is it near the BackBay? And do you need a car to live in Boston City?
