I mean, stars are really just gigantic thermonuclear explosions, that keep happening because it’s held in one piece by gravity. If the energy produces overpowers the mass of the star, it will explode. If the mass overpowers the energy, it will collapse. Typically though, Stars collapse when they run out of fuel for fusion, and the process slows down enough for the energy output to die. With the balance tipped, gravity takes over and collapses the star. The inward rush of matter kickstarts the fusion process into overdrive, and the energy output skyrockets momentarily, causing it to explode.
Hey spike! Heat and Cool are good tools for small scale, but if you want to get thing to precise temps, or ridiculously hot or cold, use "prop" and enter a value then set it to a number, you can then use it as if it was any other tool, shape, size, rectangle, fill etc. It's also waaayyyy quicker.
@@jeb_kerm1671 it might leak a little but the description of titanium states that It blocks pressure 🤔 Maybe the pressure loss was from the material inside the container getting cooler?

I recommend making a bomb consisting of a titanium ONLY layered shell, with plutonium being set of by neutrons in the center, followed by a layer of exotic, a layer of deuterium, a layer of hydrogen, and then on the outside, a layer of helium. Turn gravity to radial mode and unpause.
2:30 i did this once without an invincible material i just put so much plasma and lava to the point where it would stabilize for about 3 seconds then explode and go around two black holes making a bianry system
The best method that I use is pressure and gravity pump on the outside, cool the gravity pump and heat the pressure pump, then use E-hole on the star, next turn off ambient heat leave on Newton gravity but make the star big or it’ll create a black hole, also put more Nobel gas than hydrogen. remember to put uranium in the middle only 9 pixels, more than this will fuse the star too fast. With this method there is really no way to make it into a perfect circle but it doesn’t actually work. I rewrote this the exact same thing what are the chances?

6 minutes in the video, i will have to admit i watched a few videos from you and got me into this game. also the main point i wanted to say is this game needs some brush shapes and textures. (checkers patterns) the copy paste needs to be Pxel perfect instead of locked to "walls" unit. then the electricity should be an energy quantity instead of a raw on or off...
@@devinclark6090 that's helpful, when i freeze Deuterium a whole room can become a few pixels so it is hard to make shapes like filling a tank for example... i should definitely try this now! (i hated pasting over parts of the build but those were easier to replace then concentrated Deuterium!)

The product of hydrogen fusion in the sun is helium, a noble gas. If you're seeing noble gas in the star, I'd say its working!

15 million °C in the core, so that will be impossible to do in powder toy

Hope spike sees this
The temperature displayed on the screen is in Celsius but when you use prop or console it is in kelvins
It can be as simple as:
!set temp all 9999
@@WhatIsThatThingDoing it would melt the casing around the star
You should use prop instead of heat. You can instantly set the hydrogen to the maximum temperature with it
draw with prop

Hey spike, just FYI, titanium will hold pressure. It doesn't leak out.
Oh really? I've had some reactions that say otherwise. I've made a proton reactor that could leak its negative pressure through 10 px of titanium

I have a tip for you :
Use prop and go to temp set it to the temperature that you want (exemple: 9000 degrees or -274 degrees)
2:26 spike, 1 pixel wide walls leak some liquids, pressure and some powders, so ceramic wasn't the problem, the thickness was .
