I have never understood the hate towards Chaeryeoong. She is so pretty. Her features are not the Korean standard but neither are Yeji’s. They are both beautiful young women. Lia is one of those people that does not have a natural sense of rhythm but she works hard to improve. There are natural born dancers & dancers that have to be taught to dance.
yeah all of them had/have their struggles, i'm really proud of how far they've come! people have been unnecessarily harsh towards lia for her dancing and chaeryeong for her looks. and i can't imagine how much pressure yuna must've felt debuting with only 15, basically having an adult job while still being in school + being the visual while still going through puberty
Well if you're going to be singing "I love myself" and "being proud for who you are" for long enough, you will be come to believe it eventually. If you go and watch their very first vlogs and then immediately watch a recent one, you can easily notice how much they have grown into their own. And it shows in their appearances. They are in a good place now. Lia and Yeji and Chaeryeong have all mentioned on bubble that they are in a good place. They are very happy now. I think that's what's most important.

Sadly, on the kpop industry not only itzy has to go through a lot of hate or mean comments, but mostly female idols. Anyways, they're all queens for standing strong even at the worst times

For me i hate it when people say "chaeryeong got prettier " like duh, for me chaeryeong has always been so pretty since kpop stars, you only are late to realize it.
esp since Chaer "got prettier" for those people because she got PS. It's sad people couldn't appreciate her natural features.

I feel like chaer changed the most. Not in her looks but her overall opinion on her looks. If you look in itzys insta you can tell that the way she takes pics that she has gained confidence in herself and I am very happy because her visuals are very pretty!
With the amount of procedures she's gone through of course she'll be more confident.

Plastic surgery or not lets just be happy she's gaining more confidence, tbh people like you are one the reasons beauty standards are a thing. In terms, they've definitely had PS, but, they really glowed up in terms of talents and visuals. They worked hard and now they're amazing PS or not. I wish ITZY nothing but success!

For a while, I struggled with being myself and being truly happy but between God, my family and friends, and ITZY - I’ve learned to be me no matter what. ITZY fan here and agree w you 100%. The chorus I only liked bc I'm already emotionally invested in this group, so seeing them do the "cutesy kick" choreo was super adorable. But like some others are saying, I wish they would've used Voltage as a comeback instead. I hope a lot of the critical feedback makes its way to the creators so they can do better next time and not shortchange this excellent group.

I really wish people would stop talking about ryujin’s body. I understand if they are concerned about her health or the fact that she lost weight in a short period of time but its insane that so many people say how she was “more beautiful” when she was thick. It’s unnecessary body shaming and tbh she looks happy to me so i don’t see a problem with her weight loss
hun, she lost weight after people where actually body shaming and telling her to starve herself in bubble. saying that she looked prettier before starving herself isn't body shaming, even the members get a bit concerned at times
Lia was the one who caught my attention the most when I first got into itzy but chaer became my bais right away because of her dance, vocals, and rap.
Chaer is an all-rounder, whether you hate her or not that won't change the fact that she's worked hard on herself.
All the members have had plastic surgeries but that should never be something you'd hate on, I do not support ps but at the end of the day, it's their faces and their choices. All itzy members are talented and all of them worked hard to be where they are now.

I'm not support plastic surgery, but I don't hate when people do it. It is their choice and their money. People who hate them are jealous because they do not have money and not famous. I respect Hwasa. She is another level. I'm not perfect but beautiful ;)

A very slim percentage of people will ever make it to the big stage in entertainment industry, surviving the cut for so long on your way up there is a mind boggling amount of struggle and struggle makes for character, the main reason we admire these artists is basically because they can show us their character and that is not something one can fake, people who throw hate around easily intentionally ignore the fact that every single one of these artists costs so much for their company and companies NEVER invest in anything without a good amount of reason that they will gain substantial profit in return. Quality is not a joke to a CEO... and these girls are some of JYP"s top of their class aces. When one calls them undeserving they are actually calling one of the most successful bosses in the kpop industry stupid, and his success absolutely proves otherwise...

Even if they did, they were all pretty before they got the cosmetic surgery, plus I like how it's very subtle plastic surgery, they don't look too different from before.
