I modified one of these to a responsive yoyo. Changed axle to 8mm and installed half C bearing. The thing works great as responsive, we really enjoy it. The pink one is a very pretty yoyo everyone remarks how great it looks when they see it.

poly is better for the price and play, but if you really want the delrin feel go delrin wedge

make sure the string isnt between the yoyo and bearing. You can also lube it

I picked up a galaxy Wedge from yoyotricks the last week. It performs great for a $20 throw. Good response, finger spins better than the Skyva with the blasted hub, tricks are pretty easy to hit. Personally for me I think it's too wide and the way it feels in my hand is just terrible. The edges on the inside are sharp and it doesn't feel good coming back. That being said maybe it'll feel better in your hands. It hits all the tricks and is a great performer for $20.

It seems for me that if a throw doesn’t fit comfortably in my front pocket in my jeans it doesn’t get that much play. If I’m going to rock a plastic with a fingerspin hub (excluding any iyoyos) it’ll probably be my first base. It’s $5 more but I prefer the O-shape for that kind of throw.

I wish they would of made a plastic fingerspin cup so they could make it as smooth as a Mojo. Still going to get a clear one because I don't have one yet and out of respect for Evan since he got me back into throwing.
