He‘s a great guy and the work he has done to resurrect his stance on carbs and publicly change what he said about recommending them was the act of someone who truly cares about the integrity of science and human health. I an very looking forward to this interview!

Started carnivore 12/17/23 , was strict and strong for 4 months and then got wobbly in mid April until mid June. Getting back on track with carnivore. Brain fog disappears. Strength, clarity, critical thinking, energy and calm astonish me. I'm 66 and once I get 21 days carnivore, I no longer fear getting older - I feel its a re-wiring of my brain, emotions, mentality as well as my body. Thank you Dr. Chaffee, your interview with the 82 year old lady rancher is another huge motivator. Sharing this video with my carnivore support group.

If im trying to win a 100m race with anybody close to my weight, age & bmi i'm losing 10/10 to somebody that is similair in all those aspects for but has carbs in their diet. But if we talking longevity i'm willing to belief eliminating carbs (at least the processed ones) is a very good choice

58yo woman 20 kgs or 25 max to lose. I've had 'fascite plantaire' (excuse my French 😋😉) for over 6 months, really painful, every morning or every time I sit and then stand up. I just realised yesterday that pain is not there anymore. Yesterday noon I took 2 spoonfuls of carbs (couscous grains), and today I sinned again with a few spoonfuls of couscous and one teaspoon of brown sugar in my coffee. I slept a bit because when I eat fatty lamb it makes me sleep. I stood up after my nap and felt the pain in my heels. I can't believe it. I think I need to go back on lots of fatty meat, butter, eggs and water, and after a week or 10 days, try some carbs again 6sre if that pain in my heels comes back. Otherwise I have noticed I'm calm and in a good mood and sleep well. Thank you for your precious time educating people 🌻Dr Chaffee.

I've only been doing keto for a week, and already have tons of energy. I rode my bike for about 10 miles the other day and didn't even feel out of breath. I eat meat, dairy, fruits, and vegetables. Fruit has carbs, but it's not the same thing as bread, pizza, pasta, cereal, rice, potatoes.

Excellent. Been on the low carb. Carnivore journey since early 2023. Mind blowing findings, results. Yes,been in the cycling community for decades-massive push for high carb and plant food (highly processed garbage!). Sad to see SO MANY massively obese ex-racers and club riders over 40.

I'm healthier and happier on low carb diet and wholefoods, no sugar no grains. Did 12 weeks keto 2 years ago and lost over 30kg, slipped back into old diet but now on low carb for life. As a cyclist still trying to get me head round cycling without high carbs.

All I did was put your work into practice. Oh - and I’d never done a marathon before doing this. 🥩💪🏆🙏

I’ve been trail running for 5 months. I run fasted & have completed a 30k & 3-50k’s eating only a couple pieces of bacon. No GI issues like the folks around me vomiting and unable to deal with the heat, eating goo & gels every 30 min. I feel better in general the less I eat especially working or running long hours. I’ve played around a bit the last week with food before running even just meat and I do not perform as well.

      It does better on ketones.
And even if it needed Glucose, you don't need to ingest it to have it. Why? Because the body has a way to have it without ingesting it. This process is known as gluconeogenesis (though you can argue that you need proper nutrition for best results of that).
