on video always look easy the bushing they are removing look very new i have the tool does not work the way they say I have to use air chisel to get them out
The bushing are not new the vehicle over 100K on it. We use the tool all the time and have not had problems...the video is the real thing there is no set up...We don't get paid from the company...it's in our shop. question do you have a Muller-Kueps or a knock off? That's the only thing I can think of that may cause you a problem. I have a bunch of techs I know that have the tool and they love it. Just curious, and I dont work on BMW, I service Honda's but why not just pop the ball joint and take the arm to a press and press it out and the new on in?

Sorry you did not like the video...it's an easy tool to use since it is a rod with two special nuts and cups that fit bushing so you can save time removing and replacing bushings. I didn't even know the bushing were serviceable separately. We also change the whole arm. I'm gonna let the boss man know about this tool ;)
At my old shop we had the Schley products. Pays for itself and saves the customer some money.

New Level Auto Hard hats would b good to! Steel toed boots. Shops r so dangerous.
we have composite toe boots so we can work on high voltage :) ....Safety glasses would be a good idea...sorry we did not use them.

monzsterman takes too long. Whenever you can do it "on the car" it's usually quicker.
