Awwww! Thanks! I haven't made a Waldorf video in many years. I taught in a Waldorf school for 16 years and I loved it. Coming out as transgender has a way of changing things. Anyway, thanks for writing! Peace and light to you. I replied to your other comment as well.
@@thewonderchildblog I taught at my own Waldorf-inspired school for 6 years in Puerto Rico in Spanish and I always wanted to be able to teach your songs that are in English. Then I left the education for several years, and now I came back but I had to do it in English and you are my inspiration. thank you!!! I will be teaching at the Waldorf School of the Peninsula. Did you teach there too? please, don't stop to create this beatifull content for teachers. Master of teachers.
You're welcome LadyFlora. I appreciate the kind words and am glad you like my songs. I think my students did love having me as their teacher and I loved being their teacher. I was a teacher for 20 years--16 in a Waldorf School. I miss teaching dearly...elementary schools just don't seem to want to hire a transwoman. Anywho, thanks for writing. Peace, Jenn
Hi Joseph, thank you so much for this much inspiring video. "I am a star with a light in my body..." is simply magical, I am adding to my advent circle this coming Monday! Love and light to you
You're welcome, Karina, so glad you like it. My first graders last year loved that song and we still sing it sometimes this year. I wrote a blog entry about this song, but RUclips won't let me link it here, so I'll try some other way to get it to you. If I can't go to the Wonder Child Blog and look in the Category Archives on the left, find Education, and scroll down until you find: "I Am a Star: A Creative Visualization for Children of All Ages." Peace and Light, and thank you, thank you, thank you for writing. :)
