Guilinggao, Chinese Herbal Jelly :: 龟苓膏

This Chinese Herbal Jelly known as Guilinggao "龟苓膏" is my favourite herbal jelly. Guilinggao is commonly sold at Chinese herbal dessert shops. This jelly helps to reduce internal heat as it has cooling properties. When I found out that it was so easy and inexpensive to make, I make this at home rather then buy from the shop.
Ingredients 材料:
Jelly 果冻:
1 packet guilinggao powder + 20 ml water 龟苓膏 1 包 + 水，20毫升

200 ml water 水，200毫升
Honey syrup :
30 grams honey rock sugar 蜂蜜糖浆 30克
some osmanthus flower 少许桂花
