I remember seeing these guys at the Cove in Roselle in the fall of '97. I bought this cassette after hearing them. I did not go to see them but my friends band from high school. I can't remember their name. I also believe that Taxicab Samurai also opened from Catch 22. Ahhh the days of the $7 shows with many bands
Peter G. and Bandit Manifestoh may you allways find money on the street when you go out and never hit your small toe on anything. Thank you for the uplad, that brought me back to 7th grade dudes. And thanks for the download.
Thank you so much i had a burnt tape of this back in the day Love That Catch22 Streetlight Manifesto still My favorite Band Saw both so many times Love this Also Victory Records sold all there Rights off and screwed them outta there new and old cds so go to There site or Pirate it for the Bands sake
I find myself in a catch-22 position with my decisions in life. Everything gets hard when your decisions are not based on what's better or right, but what's going to be worse because there's always a worse situation that you're not thinking of. It seems like I'm living in the future and the whole world is catching up to me since people starting to reflect back my bad qualities and the world is starting to make more sense when it shouldn't be that way. I hope but I don't believe and I don't think, but still hope we don't find ourselves in a catch 22 situation all at once because that's when you start to compromise too much in the cost outweighs our peace of mind That's a hellish situation because you need peace of mind in the end to sleep well.
I heard the original rip years ago and kinda brushed it off. This is revelatory and almost like hearing a completely different album. Thanks for brightening my evening.
Hell yes! I'm so glad I found this. There's something about listening to your favorite bands' demo tapes that makes you feel... Special. Like you're doing something right. Thanks for the upload king
Just want to say 3 years later if anybody is interested... Forgot all about this demo and looked it up. This is so crunchy and raw. I'm kind of going through a lot of family and relationship shit right now and Catch-22 always got me through it all even when it got worst. This was such a gift to find again. Everything in my heart hurts but just like my heart hurt when I was a teenager, just when my heart hurt after my last breakup, just when my heart hurt when I left this last comment and as it hurts now, this heals me and brings me so much strength. Thank you OP for uploading it and giving us all this experience. Those deep, old-string sounding basslines are giving me newfound strength.
Currently on it, friend! Here's the playlist (may take a couple more hours for everything to be uploaded): ruclips.net/p/PLTvbjALp9p68RIj8u29hHGtjiI-o1Ryz2

I want a copy of this tape, or an original, really bad. Listening to gimp, then this, then catch 22 keasbey, then streetlight keasbey is a journey
