I love Anglesey, there is a cycle ride each year called Tour de Mon which I have done several times and I need to go back and do it on my motorbike, it’s a 108 mile route and is superb.
Great to see new young people getting into motorcycles and enjoying it so much. Been over that bridge along going to and from the ferry to Ireland when working in England. Lovely part of the world. All the very best with your biking.
Loved the video, great music choices. Hopefully my next ride out exploring Anglesey. Have been many times. Riding since I was 16 now 73. Love motorbikes!! They have been a life long passion. Dave
I was based at RAF Valley on Anglesey and got to know all the roads exploring on my old GS1000S. I also learned to drive a car there thanks to the MoD and also HGV3, having to drive that monster around those roads too.
Every day is a school day lol Can I suggest that as you clearly like your bike so look after it. If you dont already have/use it....a fender extender which extends the front mudguard and is easy to fit, some scotoiler winter protection spray (ACF50) a scotoiler to lube your chain on the go and give the bike a good wash down with muck off after every big trip. It goes without saying about checking tyre pressures, oil, cleaning mirrors etc etc but they are all more important in winter riding. Lecture over, I think your doing a great job and your enthusiasm is endless ! Great stuff
Hi, I remember seeing you filming on that beach looking over towards the church near Aberffraw, I was in a silver van, 😀 fantastic videos, good luck, keep safe
Back to classic giggling Saffy. Love it. It shows more of your true personality. 👍 several roads on there I've done in a car, wishing I was in my bike. More of the same please.
Another joyful episode, thanks. Your photography and editing keep getting better. You give me great comfort from the knowledge that chaos and misfortune are not mine alone. Having once nearly wiped out my glasses while taking off a crash helmet (they blew off my bike seat and nearly became an imperceptible speed hump for a passing car) I now always carry a spare pair.
I loved my first few years of riding I can remember riding once when my pinlock visor was freezing up on the inside and I had to sit in the bath for two hours when I got home just to stop shivering, I learned to only go when it's warm and never plan just a rough idea. Great vlog again thanks Steve
I think the first few years of riding seem to be very similar, regardless of who you are or what you ride, we all make the same mistakes :D and I'm glad you're enjoying the videos 📹 😊
The view with your golden hair blowing in the wind with the lighthouse in the background was stunning. Your so natural, showing goofs that other wouldn't dare show. Great job and flying the drone. What a beautiful island. ps... breakfast for supper! (I do it quite often).
I'm planning on riding the welsh coastline this summer on my SV650. I toured the Highlands on my MT-10 last summer, it was such a riot been on a hyper naked on those roads.
So glad you avoided the chop from the barrier, It just proves that you have to keep your wits about you at all times when riding a bike.Take care and look forward to the next adventure.
I took my licens last year too! And are so looking forward to start my season, but i have too wait till april! 🙄 Just e little tip on hill start, put your bike in first, hold it on the back break while having your left foot down! 😊
Thank you Saffy, for a great video. As for all the mishaps, it is only the same mistakes we have all done at one time or another.....ok, maybe not the glasses over a cliff, but missed turnings, head butting a barrier, lol. Can't wait to defrost my waffles now, ready for next weeks installment haha.
🤣🤣🤣🤣 defrosted waffles 🧇 wasn't my most refined meal but when it's raining it down outside and you want to stay wrapped up in the warm, it was the best thing in the world ahahhahaha
Loved it! It appears you can ride nearly al year? Where I live November-February the temperatures can and do get down to 10 degrees Fahrenheit (-12 Celsius) and only reach 33 Fahrenheit (2 Celsius). Unfortunately I can only ride 6-8 months out of the year. Can’t wait for part 2!!!
Pembrokeshire undoubtedly is the best for coastal roads and beaches in Wales, but then I'm biased :P Great video again, look forward to seeing more (mis)adventures through '22!

Great video. Pure natural..we all have mishaps on tour or otherwise. Your very funny too🤣..Anglesey is beautiful. You should come to northwest Donegal in Ireland. You'd love it. Keep the videos coming..
Anglesey has a special place in my heart I'd holiday there as a 5 year old each year till I was 11 special memories for sure. I'll be back day tripping most likely on the multi in the Spring. Ann's pantry in Molfre its worth the journey from Manchester alone. lovely drone footage amazing place. It's like stepping back in time 👍👌🏍👏👏
If only I'd known, I live about 10 miles from Cemaes - you could have stopped off for some food! Obviously Anglesey in the summer is a different place - quite a few places to eat and drink, but yeah, in the winter there are not many visitors so things close down. There is a fish and chip shop in Cemaes but it closes at 7pm and might not have been open on a winter bank holiday!
Great video.. we have such amazing and dramatic scenery on our door step. When I saw the big puddle coming I up , I thought noooooooo… but you did😂😂😂 Looking forward to the next one, Wishing you many more miles with smiles😊
Another great vid Saffy. Next time you fancy a trip to Anglesey/Snowdonia let me know, I'll show you some great roads and views which are not on the usual routes.

Anglesey is a fantastic part of the UK, great biking country on road, off road and has one of the best circuits there is. Can't wait to be back there when we run the Welsh Classic Motorcycle Festival at the circuit last weekend of May.
I really really liked the island, but I'm also extremely fond of small little silly lanes. I think whilst you can't speed along them, they make for a fun adventure plodding along
The surrounding roads are great fun, more the reason for us organising a chipshop run for weekend visitors from the circuit, around the lanes lead by riders on mopeds (they will keep the speed down 😆 ), back to the circuit to the fish a chip van before the band kicks off on the Saturday night.
I thought I recognised those places, especially the roads heading towards the Church In The Sea, thinking you're not going down there on a bike are you (you are), it's bad enough in a car 🙈 It's well worth the walk over to the island, a beautiful place! Too late to tell you now but there's a tea room in the village before that's fantastic. I also wanted to get the drone out at SouthStack (just before the FRZ for Valley from memory) but far too many birds at the time!! I always fancy the idea of going around the area on the bike, so you've somewhat inspired me on that idea 🙂 There's a place that does amazing Pizza by Beaumaris lighthouse, and beer/wine for those not driving or staying over 😊 well worth a visit! Ride safe!
Another awesome vid Saffy, you have brilliant fun personality that just makes you want to watch your stuff, you a bit of a nutter, but so loveable, losing your glasses was so saffy (lol), it was great to see your insight on the island, I am still amazed you managed to get a drone up at south stack, I thought it would have been blown all the way to Ireland, ha ha, well done saffy, all in all a fantastic watch
hey, nice to see a motovlogger come to my neck of the woods lol. its almost always mid wales or south and the north ( especially Anglesey ) get little to no attention xD there are so many beautiful places here that are hidden away off the beaten track. i hope you enjoy(ed) your stay here despite the cold winds haha
Saffy, always take a camping stove and gas with a fry pan at least, in your top box or pannier bag, as i have found out, just like you, everywhere i go some places i go do not sell food or drink. You can then cook something in your hotel room.Keep giving us those videos, they are entertaining, and always ride safe. x

It's funny lot of people want to ride abroad nothing wrong with that but I think we have lots of nice and stunning places in this country hopefully I get to see myself by 2 wheels this year.
Saffy, I really think you need to plan your itinerary in advance! 😂 The not being able to find somewhere to eat is not good! However good on you for going out and having these adventures!
That bike is honking! Please tell me you clean it! Had the same bike and it started rusting after 2 years! Good video. Been there in the car. Never the bike :( Keep up the good work. Very jealous not to be out on the bike
I probably should clean it more often than I should, but to be fair, 5 minutes on Welsh roads and its not long before its looking like it's been dropped at the bottom of the ocean
@@SaffySprocket make some time one day, even do a video, get it coated in XCP rust blocker. There’s a great video from Bennett’s comparing all the rust sprays on the market
It still seems crazy to me that Britain is at nearly the same latitude as Alaska, but you can comfortably ride all year. Here in central NY, USA, January means 20 decrees F, snow and roads covered in salt for the next 3 months.
I remember the weather being a lot more extreme as a child. I remember a snow truck once digging out my front door. I think due to the increased urbanisation and government regulations, we're a very full island and the roads are kept better in winter. Thos year was also very mild much milder in a long time
Hey well done! You actually said 'Menai Strait' not like everyone normally, incorrectly says 'Menai Straits'! Great video but could I suggest that you lift the helmet cam up by a degree or so? Google maps is lovely to watch but the road ahead and views around would be better :) As ever, great commentary and very pro sounding voice overs.

Thank you so much 💓
Saffy, I really think you need to plan your itinerary in advance! 😂 The not being able to find somewhere to eat is not good! However good on you for going out and having these adventures!
Ive got a complaint the vlogs need to be longer and more frequent. Youre as mad as a box of frogs love it! Stay safe
Ahaha if I could make them more frequently I could :^) unfortunately I work full time so I can only do weekly videos 🥰
Love your videos , could you move your helmet cam up just a bit to see more of the road and not the phone, keep up the good work 😀
Haha. The barrier gave you a Jackie Chan, Jackie Chan moment.
Step change in quality… fantastic.. 👍👍
Thank you so much, I'm so glad you enjoyed the video 🥰
I like anglesey been there photographing the jets at RAF Valley .a few years ago nice footage though young lady nice touch very dramatic
My homeland ❤️🏴
That bike is honking! Please tell me you clean it! Had the same bike and it started rusting after 2 years!
Good video. Been there in the car. Never the bike :(
Keep up the good work.
There’s a great video from Bennett’s comparing all the rust sprays on the market
dragon rally down the road this weekend... good filming opportunity
Ooooh
It still seems crazy to me that Britain is at nearly the same latitude as Alaska, but you can comfortably ride all year. Here in central NY, USA, January means 20 decrees F, snow and roads covered in salt for the next 3 months.
I remember the weather being a lot more extreme as a child. I remember a snow truck once digging out my front door. I think due to the increased urbanisation and government regulations, we're a very full island and the roads are kept better in winter. Thos year was also very mild much milder in a long time
here in europe the weather is changing , less frost. good for us bikers , bad if you hate bugs.
First time I've ever pronounced a Welsh word correctly 🤣 better put the lottery on quickly!
your like me,pure sweat if i cant find glasses, like losing a leg, another great video and lov the music, who,s artist and title saffy?
I use stock music :^) there isn't really an artist name attached to the music unfortunately
That was amazing
