Whoever designed the power grid in Svalbard should have a monument for engineering achievement erected in their honor. That's some wild footage. I hope the guy only wearing a black tee shirt was nice and drunk so the hypothermia he's about to get isn't too painful. 🥶
Why did people keep walking around the bike at the top of the stairs to the right in the picture in the building front access instead of removing it? It seems to be a potential trip or fall hazard.
The video is mainly shot in front of Elvesletta, a student building from company Samskipnaden, so not a hotel. End of February is a beautiful time to visit with the sun coming back and snow scooter season being there. However, depending on the exact date, you still might need to do a snow mobile trip/climb on top of a mountain to directly receive the first sunrays!
No matter how cold it is, there will always be that one guy walking around in a T and shorts. Looks like you enjoyed the blizz!
