I never had much respect for Harris. This just further cements my belief.

Yeah, she couldn't ask probing questions (like Elon) or else she is off putting to her guest. And I doubt her guest can explain why Twitter has gotten worse but I imagine it is because nasty republicans can post on it now.
You need to watch the entire interview, not just one segment. ,You're just not familiar with a good journalist that is able to allow someone to back. To back themselves into 1/4, if you stop them. By saying, " wait a minute. " which she did in several situations, he would have become defensive. But what we got is him trying to explain. He was always on the defensive.

Megan should have asked Sam for SPECIFIC examples, just like Elon did.
You didnt listen to his answer, he was anticipating that so he said "im willing to believe" and then basically asserted there is no way to quantify it, even if you had anecdotal evidence. Which is just cheap way for him to imply elon is wrong despite him winning the argument with bbc host.

The BBC journalist didn't do his homework. Elon is right about this journalist spouting nonsense without giving an example of any hateful content.
Harris's concern is that The left's opinion no longer receives preferential treatment in order to condemn and persecute conservative ideas. He obviously finds that quite uncomfortable. Good riddance that he left. I'm not on Twitter but after listening to musk's BBC interview I am interested to check it out.
Twitter has moved towards more open free speech and this has definitely had a normalising effect on discussion. I've definitely seen less frustration and hateful exchanges because discussions are free to evolve. People can now voice their concerns and get into discussions that allow them to reduce their frustration and also fear. Sam's reasoning seems a bit biased and incomplete. Elon's use of Twitter is genius and contrary to what Sam says Elon has actually been very restrained. He really is actually being himself, being authentic. There is a lot of hate directed at Elon and he really holds back.
