I have that exact same chopper. I use the larger grate to dice my stuff. I accidentally touched the blade, not too long ago. Darn thing nearly cut my finger to the bone - and I've used it a TON since I got it (I regularly prep bags of peppers and onions for us to use during the week). Please be careful.

Just a little tip, put a damp paper towel under your cutting board. It prevents it from moving around. 😊
