    This video and the design of the PRODUCT SPOTLIGHT section of your website are a joy to look at. Clear and concise. Thank you!
    Just a little feedback: as a non-native, I couldn't exactly make out the first, left-most type of contact when the presenter said it. I gather it's a "sleeve contact" after a quick search.
    Looking forward to more of these!

    With so much going around on the web, the way you explain the switching issue in Jacks is perfectly clear. Although I work on analog audio circuits and often have to use this function, I think you did a great job of focusing on this issue so that technology as simple as this is available to everyone.
    Unfortunately, not everyone takes the trouble to be clear in their explanations like you did.
