    Ciao,intanto complimenti per la moto! Vorrei chiederti se hai riscontrato un aumento di potenza rispetto al cilindro originale. Sulla loro pagina facebook, sulla prova al banco dichiarano 39 cavalli. Secondo te é possibile? Ti ringrazio in anticipo e buonaserata!

      Si va più di un cilindro originale e va anche di più di uno step 3 di nrteam, vedendo i loro grafici con la mia configurazione dovrei essere a 37cv comunque non 39.
      Può essere che ci sia vicino, sicuramente non va quanto il cilindro sp che usavo in pista ma con questo 140 fai km in tranquillità quindi ci sta (Y)
      Non conto di metterla su un banco prova quindi ci resterà il dubbio.

      It's different the erogation of the engine but not the power, dyno speek

    Ciao, ho un kit del genere ma non l'ho ancora usato.
    Come va? E' molto più potente del 125?
    Quanti giri massimi perde il motore?
    Per la regolazione apertura valvola cosa hai fatto? Lasciato tutto come è o delle modifiche? Parlo del regime di giri.

      Ciao, dipende dal 125, se parli di cilindro originale si certamente la differenza è abissale. Io in passato ho avuto svariati cilindri lavorati sia in maniera stradale sia da coppa italia, come utilizzo in pista preferisco un 125 lavorato come uso stradale allegro e qualche giro in pista ogni tanto (che ormai è l utilizzo che faccio) il 140 invece lo consiglio perché la coppia maggiore sotto aiuta molto di più.
      Come giri non perdi nulla 12500 li fa però si sente ch3 la coppia a 11500 è finita quindi si diciamo 1000 giri sopra meno sfruttabili di un cilindro 125 ma li guadagni poi sotto, praticamente vai a spostare l erogazione come è logico che sia.
      Io ho la pneumatica la tengo 6 giri svitata contando da tutto chiuso

      An aftermarket crankshaft for the Rotax not exist, you have to change only the piston rod if the oem has too much mileage. I recommend every 20 thousand km at least

      Va molto bene, ho sempre avuto 125 lavorati come puoi vedere dai miei vecchi video ma non li rimpiango per nulla, sicuramente uso stradale il 140 è da preferire assolutamente per la coppia maggiore avevo solo qualche dubbio uso pista siccome qualche giro sopra manca però quest anno ho già fatto 2 pistate col 140 e devo dire che in realtà non da fastidio perché si mangia letteralmente le marce da quanto tira, cambi prima e via.
      L ultima pistata a castelletto c erano con me 1 cagiva raptor e 3 rs 125 sul rettilineo gli davo 2/3 moto di distanza, solo con un ragazzo che corre siamo arrivati in fondo alla staccata del rettilineo insieme affiancati ma lui era uscito più forte di me dalla curva prima, comunque lui con 125 preparato e faceva le gare in salita.
      Te lo consiglio in sostanza, ovviamente solo il cilindro non basta

      @@simonepiscioneri5901 no il cilindro non è lavorato solo sbavato e poi hai la testa dal pieno bc che ti porta lo squish a 0,9 e rdc 13,5, come carburatore adesso sto usando un vhsb 39 ma ho provato anche il vhsb 34 ed il vhsh 30
      Ti consiglio il 34 è la cosa più equilibrata a meno che non usi la moto in pista

      Hp no, is the same as a good 125cc cylinder but che torque is more in the 140cc.
      I recommend it if you use your Rs in street, for circuit use i prefer 125cc

      @@The2fast83 there is two type of sp wheels the difference is the front wheel, One have 3inch and the other 3,5 as the same of the original standard wheels of Rs any years. Check yours

    I dont know if i'm buying a 4 or a 2 strokes 125 🤔 how much mpg you have with your rs ¿ Is it reliable (probably not but we never know)

      My is over 50.000km, i rebuild the motor 2 times, first at 22500 second at 21000.
      2stroke is a race motor it have more power, more consumption (fuel+oil), more maintenance but is more simple and the spare parts are cheaper.
      A piston on 2t stroke cost 100€ on 4t cost 400€ for example.
      Buy a 4t only if you don't need high power and you don t want use lot of fuel 😂
      4 stroke 125 is totally ridiculous for me👍🏻

      @@FK_Racing Yeah i know, i ride a 50cc two strokes, the thing is 4t have almost no maintenance at all, and drinks only 3l for 100km (maybe a bit more with kits)

    i have a problem with BC Engineering. I ordered a 140cc Kit two months ago and already payed half of the price. That's around 255€. They wrote that the production of the cylinder takes 25-30 days. But like I said, I'm already waiting for two months. Everytime I'm trying to call them, no one answers the phone. The same on facebook messenger. They don't answer my messages. How long took the production of your cylinder? And do you have any ideas how i can contact them?

      Hi, the cylinder i don't know, maybe no because if you read the comments below many people don't be able to contact them
      The carb vhsb 34 is perfect, i have used vhsh30,vhsb 34 and 39, vhsb 34 is my favourite
      Exhaust i use jolly moto 115, maybe 111 is still good or Scalvini exhaust

      @@user-wx8gw7zn8d the bc is an original bored cylinder so the potential is very high, you can work it like a 125 cylinder and then bore it later, but that's not bad already. in the past I have had several 125 cylinders worked by experts who made the civ here in Italy, the 140 goes the same already in base. The bc head is very good instead and I wouldn't change it, maybe you can find that on the "Rimotoshop" site or you can use an italkit head but I've never tried it. Heads 125 are not adaptable to 140

    I would put a larger carb on it. Like a 34-38mm at least. Otherwise a cool and great video, even though being almost 7 years old.

      Yes man, after this video i used dell'orto vhsb 34 and even vhsb 39.
      For street use e recomand you the 34 because the 39 is more powerful at high rpm but less than 34 at 6-10k range rpm
      But the 39 only if you use the bike on track

      95, in Italy we have only 95 or 100ron at the gas station.
      I use 95 because in the 100ron commercial fuel there are a lot of cleaning additives and it's not ok for the 2stroke engine.
      My rdc is 13,5:1 squish 0,9

      140 cylinder go to 12500rpm, is this the difference and is an old video now i have vhsb34 and italkit reeds i use 18/42 (415) probaly i go to buy a vhsb38/39 for prove, stay tuned :)

      @@FK_Racing year 10500 is nothing, but the 154cc is desinged for that. what i love is that you can lift the cluch a 2k rpm even with 2 people and on a hill 2-2,5k is ok the 125cc standart need ther 3.5-4k rpm i drove the polini 154cc now 50000km 3 new pistens ans i have now ( i dont no de word in english, in german it´s called Honen. so the zylinderbahn is´s basicly as goog as new)

      @@bravo1412 you are lucky, in Italy a lot of people have problem with Polini, the piston is too heavy and broke the rod at high mileage

      @@thomas.f2154 nuovi abbastanza, vai a spendere sui 1500. Io ho trovato tutto usato e ho speso meno della metà compreso far revisionare e preparare il mono.
      Le forcelle sono abbastanza rare da trovare in vendita mentre il mono lo vedo spesso con 120/150 lo prendi

      Vedi se l ho messo nella descrizione del video, di solito le metto sempre.
      In ogni caso non mi ricordo perché è passato molto e l ho tenuto solo 1 anno il 30 è un ottimo carburatore ma non ha senso, mi spiego meglio, rispetto al vhst 28 hai più spinta ai medi ma poi in allungo sono lì rispetto al 34 hai la stessa spinta ai medi ma poi il 34 allunga di più.
      Consumi 30 e 34 anche sono uguali.
      Di spilli usavo k21/k22/k23 sul vhsh E ti consiglio le rondelline per la mezza tacca,di minimo dal 40 al 45 e accoppio sempre i 2, massimo sei un range dal 130 al 150 forse anche meno il resto puoi lasciarlo stock che è già ok
      Va assolutamente usato con un filtro di qualche tipo, ad aspirazione libera non ce la fa proprio è troppo ballerino

      Quanti giri pensi che faccia? Con il 30 poi sei limitato sopra, in ogni caso il rotax è un motore quadro quelle che vanno forte girano dai 12 ai 12800 se gli fai fare più giri perdi cv
      In questo video ogni marcia è stata cambiata a 12500

      199 in the original strument, 190km/h in the strument of my friend's zx6r 2007 side by me, but it was long time ago i don t remember the sprokets and the crown
      Top speed is usless for me on street, go to track

      @@Fullpower26 is a stock cylinder bored to 57 but the head is cnc made and the profile was study by BC.
      The head is the only difference to italkit or mitaka

      Quella della centralina è una leggenda, ai bei tempi di Rs125.it se ne è ampliamente parlato ed abbiamo concluso che non c è nessun limitatore. Nessuno ha mai dimostrato il contrario, poi io ho girato anni con la centralina di serie vari cilindri e vari carburatori e ho sempre fatto molti più giri. Comunque in questo momento non sto usando una centralina di serie ma quella mappata Aprilia usata in Coppa Italia ;)

      The sound of a video is not a smart way to evaluate an engine, maybe watching rpm speed and the meters that runs.

      no that just shows how stupid you are it is not about spending thousands on an rs engine and then not running it in other wise it sounds like your blown piece of shit blowing from the head most likely i know as mine sounds mint and i have spend a lot on it i mean a lot to it's very high spec even has italkit racing ignition and flywheel drag ported corsa italkit racing reeds the lot even a boost bottle and much more parts to much to list vhm racing cylinder and i ran mine in properly and it sounds mint not like your one which sounds like it's been run by a bike thief that stole it from a council estate garden fix up and wake and your comment about what the dials do and not engine was ridiculous it's like saying food is food and it does not matter how i is made or taste but it does matter all clued up people no that your just an idiot stupid idiot and i'm saying it straight
