I'd like to ask you one more question. While most of the rupture is anterior rupture, I also wonder how to diagnose or confirm imaging in the case of a posterior rupture.
I have FAI posterior with osteoarthritis. I'm 48yo my surgeon said I should wait for hip replacement instead of doing corrective surgery just because of the osteoarthritis observed in the MRI
