This is one of those games that have been on my Steam-wishlist forever but where I've never taken the plunge.
I love grand strategy, as well as colony managers like Rimworld and Dwarf Fortress, and surival-citybuilders like Ostriv, so this would seem like the perfect game for me but... I'm just not sure if I have the time and energy for another steep learning-curve right now. :/
I guess what I'm most interested in is seeing the different possibilities in the game. The difference between a trade-focused settlement and a martial one maybe, or how an economy based on slavery and nobility is different from an egalitarian one, that kind of stuff. Not pure tutorials, more like showcases, with an simple overview of how to get there.

I can promise that with the foreknowledge of those games, this one will be fairly easy to learn. But its definitely a time-commitment either way, getting a settlement to the point where War is even a good idea can take quite awhile. I have the same interest in seeing the different governing types and how they work. Think I am going for a Vlad the Impaler style attempt on my next one, no mercy!

Very good game, but it always takes me a few hours to get re-used to the art style whenever I take a break for a couple weeks.
