I'm PG student and I've applied Common Scholarship in the 1st Semester which I've received and in the 3rd Semester, I applied MERIT Scholarship as FRESH applicant as I'm applying Merit for the first time but got rejected saying that I've applied FRESH which is illogical because all my academic criterias and documents are valid and uploaded successfully but got REJECTED only because I've applied as FRESH APPLICANT. This is too much!!!!
