3 to 9 rounds at a time is good. The lower chakras have so many other practices. This is specifically to enable us to grow into the higher consciousness of being human , humane and divine. Where the mind goes, the energy will flow.
Sir could you please suggest some mudra for sciatica pain d tingling sensation in legs d stiffness d vertigo problem due to cervical spondilitis. Disc space reduced between 5 d 6 with multiple oesteophytes .Thanks .Pl provide the link .

What about energizing the other three chakras after the Anahita - the manipura, the swadishtana and the mooladhara chakras. How do you do it? If you awaken and energise all the chakras, is this what is Kundalini yoga? Can that also be explained? Thank you.

What if someone has a problem with the lower chakras and grounding in particular? Would this sequence be beneficial or detrimental?
This will help as the energy flows from the higher to lower and hence the lack of grounding may be a disconnection to the higher itself.

Even 30-40 seconds is fine so dont overdo them
