Hi, Great video, thank you. Please provide the distance from rear attachment point of bar to inside of tailgate. I really would appreciate it as I am figuring out a rack option to fit behind Sport bar, bed-mounted, tubular rear attachment point. ZR2 is on order. Regards Richard
Look this up on RUclips - "RetraxOne MX with Factory Roll Bar Chevy Silverado" there is a guy that upcharges these by $300+ for a video and or some pictures showing how to get it to work. I do not want to drop the direct link because that is a scummy business practice. Based on the mounting points for the factory bar - drill 2 holes on each side - add some additional foam and that should be about all you need to get the RetraxOne MX to work with the factory bar.
@@bonecrrusherSS thanks for the reply, I'm looking for the wiring part of the installation. I followed how you did it and figured it out. but in the video you had a site pulled up. I just would like to know where I can find that install guide. I got a new bar from Chevy with the harness and would like to install it without cutting into any of the factory harnesses.
I went to my local Chevy dealer and they trouble shot it, They gave me the install for up to 24 model year vehicle. if you want me to scan it in and e-mail it to you just let me know.
Looks awesome!
Thank you!

It's 33.5" from the back of the rear tube mounting pad to the inside edge of the tailgate.
Have you found a tonneau cover that works with it ?

How can I get a copy of the install guide?
The bar itself isn't too difficult - the wiring kind of sucks.
