You have become my motivator and educator. You are this nameless woman on RUclips who consistently drops truth bombs on life and relationships. I'm curious. Did you come up with this list yourself? Is it based on Buddhist teachings? I'm really enjoying your videos and I'm learning a lot of useful, important information. You have a good command of the English language and this enables you to be very succinct yourself. I find it both easy to comprehend what you are saying, and to retain the advice you are sharing. You're very skilled at this, and I appreciate your knowledge, and I appreciate you and your videos. Looking forward to your next post. Many thanks, Calvin.

Thank you so much for your kind words and for taking the time to share your thoughts. I'm thrilled to hear that you're finding the videos helpful and informative.
To answer your question, much of my insight comes from a combination of sources, many relationship books and the Gottman series. The Gottmans have conducted fantastic research on relationships, and their findings have certainly influenced my perspective. However, I also find that not all of their suggestions are always practical or applicable, but do provide valuable insight in the dynamics of interactions, and I highly recommend their books.
While Buddhism has significantly influenced the way that I think, it's not been directly applied, though likely it has indirectly & unintentionally also influenced my point of view.
I sincerely appreciate your support. Looking forward to sharing more content with you soon. Many thanks again!

I haven't had the opportunity to ask Forrest Valki about intermittent fasting and human evolution, and if there is a link between the two. He's got a fever and a bad case of the flu right now. I'll toss him the question once he's up and about again. You've actually got me quite curious about the link between fasting and evolution. It will be good to know if I'm incorrect.
