The battery life on the z flip 5 is awful. If you use it for anything significant, it will not make it through the day without needing a charge.

5:37 why can't I find the voice recorder on my mine? Please help, I need it for my cover screen
The voice recorder widget relies on Samsung's built-in voice recorder, your phone should come with it pre-installed, but if you dont have it, download it from the galaxy store, then you should see the voice recorder widget for cover screen.
Is there a way to change the display resolution to fhd or 1080? Not camera, just for the screen
Its already an fhd display, so the resolution is 1080 x 2640 because of the tall aspect ratio.
Q : I removed a few cover screen templates that were originally provided as basic options.
Is there a way I can restore them??.
Those templates are still there, if you tap on 'Add New' almost every one of those basic ones should be listed inside.

I have the Z Flip 5 in lavender 512gb and i love it
Thanks Bro... Great coverage and information. What I found was, some apps such as Wynk, Paytm etc in India are not working from cover screen. Since cover screen is small in size, these apps has to be customized. All control buttons from these apps does not align properly from the cover screen and app becomes dysfunctional. Not sure who would fix these issues...?? Samsung or App development company ??? 🤔🤔 🤔 Users are having trouble...🙂🙂🙂
Thank you bro!! Glad the video was helpful.. And, the app devs need to work with Samsung to adapt the apps to the square aspect ratio of the coverscreen! I highly doubt Wynk or Paytm will invest the time or energy to do this as the Flips user base is miniscule.

That caught my eye too. It's a Sony Ericsson W995, vintage feature phone that unfortunately only runs on 3g.
Great video! Just got my new Samsung galaxy Z flip 5! coming from an iPhone 13 pro! confused on which messaging to use on this phone?😮 why does it have two messaging apps preinstalled? Lol. Yes, this is my first android device.
Mine came with just one, Google Messages, long press on the other messaging app icon and un-install or disable it and thank you 😊

Yes sir, already did on my other phones.
I will tell Samsung to send u fold 5.
I also have the glitter effect on all my edge panels
But I like buttons not swipe gestures.

The cover screen part is totally different. Fold has a fully functional screen on the outside, while Flip doesn't. Rest of the stuff should be similar.

@@TechGuyCharlie Yah, my new case should be here in a couple hours as well. I've pretty much got everything customized/setup to my liking. So far an amazing experience! One thing is that the phone slides around too much without a case though 😭
