- 2021 was quite a year in the shop knifemaking and we made a lot of really cool and unusual blades! This one however, takes the cake as my personal favorite of knife of the year!

I watched this build during the Bowie challenge and now that I watched it again I like it even more! I want it! Fantastic work! But wheres the video for doing the handle? I'm really curious how you did that. It looks like a different material to me. I commented a while ago about a tomahawk challenge and I'm serious about that! I think the world needs a tomahawk challenge but most of all I need a tomahawk challenge. If I could make videos I would LOVE to be apart of it.

@@Aleeknives I'll watch them all. Maybe throw the idea out there? Just a thought. I know the axe throwing thing is getting pretty popular these days. I recently made a matched set for a couple up in Alaska as an anniversary gift and they love them
How can I take my katana blade, and turn it into a knife? Once I cut the blade about 18 inches from the point of the blade, it would still be sharp as to where I would place a handle. Think that would be an issue? This channel is great by the way. I got my knives stolen awhile back, and stopped even looking at blade anything after that. This just got me going again. Thank you.
Just grind the new tang and ot won't be sharp anymore!

Great craftsmanship the overall colour of the blade is beautiful, I am just checking is their a size limit where a knife becomes a sword 🗡 🤔 it’s still a impressive knife
