I would like to suggest Run and 12 Hours. Acoustic version is my favorite. It shows off their voices well. They had a www concert sitting around a fire. It was awesome!
The same as you. I replay the two song again and again. I don't know why, but Moonbin's and MJ's voice is super attractive to me, especially their harmony

Astro has 2 subunits that are mainly promoting right now with MJ being in the military and Eunwoo focusing on his acting. I’d highly recommend you check out both Moonbin and Santa and Rocky and Jinjin’s subunit music because I think you will really enjoy them!

@@miamiaroha8834 You’re taking my comment out of context. I promise you I love and adore idol Eunwoo more than anything and by focusing on acting I just meant that he has a lot of acting projects. I never mentioned him not wanting to be an idol. Just trying to give context to the current projects happening with the members.

ASTRO is so underrated!!! A lot of people have been missing the talent and charm that these boys have. Glad I am an Aroha! ASTRO members all rounder from being idol, actor, CF King, Brand ambassador, producer, composer, trot singer, musical actor named it ASTRO members have it!
It's a pleasure to see your journey to become an Aroha. Your reactions are great, I can sense that you are genuine. You are not just reacting, you try to understand the songs.
By the way Astro never lost the bright, refreshing side of them. MV songs are mostly chosen because they are expected to have more commercial value. But their B side songs were always more Astro. Even in Blue Flame mini album there is a cheerful song called Go&Stop. In All Yours full album (One is the title track) there is All Good, All Stars and more. Their ballads are also incredible since they are all very skilled singers. I hope you also listen to their B sides.
MJ is in military that's why we don't know when they're gonna have there next comeback and there 7th anniversary is coming soon too so we're gonna wait for them to tell us💜
One of my favorite Bsides of Astro is "Because It's You" everytime I am having a hard time I listened to it cry and I am okay..The lyrics is so genuine..
I love love your Astro reactions and always look forward to watch your new vid about the boys. As a 30-ish person who grew up to the r&b and boybands of the 90s, Astro gives off that BSB+Nsync feels but kpop! We basically have I think the same taste in music and I do highly recommend checking out their b-sides that might even push out Always You and All Night on your top Astro songs hahaha. Like many Arohas here, hope you also include Run (acoustic version), Because it’s You, First Love, One in A Million, Gemini, Our Spring, S#1 and hopefully also delve into their subunits (Moonbin + Sanha - Bad Idea, WHO, Ghost Town), Jinjin + Rocky - Just Breathe, Lazy, CPR, and MJ - Get Set Yo)
Subunits are incredible! Moonbin and Sanha are my personal bias...love me some Moonbin...RIP, my Moonbin! 😢
I think you should listen to some of their b-side tracks like role play, go&stop,moonwalk,with you + their ballads if you like innocent love, because it's you, I'll be there ^o^

So glad to see this series continue! Blue Flame was a fire song but also kind of a departure from Astro's usual style. Bin missed promotions due to health issues, so the 6-man dance practice was actually released around the same time as Knock as they were preparing for a virtual concert, and now it's kind of an unspoken rule that they only perform Blue Flame when all six of them are present. Rocky helped with a lot of the choreo for Blue Flame, and apparently a lot of the moves in the final chorus were his.
Knock is probably my favorite title song (after Always You), and was a return to their brighter sound without being as cutesy as in times past. The choreo for it is amazing. Legendarily, they cracked the floor of the MV set while they were dancing because they went so hard.
Blue Flame and Knock are classic hits of Astro and I love these songs! Thanks for this reaction. You must watch: Run Acoustic Version, We Still (Astro DDOCA) and Gemini (live). Just emotional vocals that will blow your mind. You'll love it for sure!

As others say, the b-sides are incredible, and really will give you the sweetness and emotionality that you love from them, especially the songs that have heavy member participation (writing, arranging, etc.). They are incredible as a show of their talents as a group and individually. They are such a versatile group with so many influences that end up in their music. It's still a while away for you, but the group-made videos and songs for Aroha will help give you more of a feel for them. I'm so glad you're loving them. It does my heart good to have another Aroha on the books. ;)

I will second other B-Side recommendations that others have mentioned, there are live performances available from their Starlight concert - Run (the released version is great, but the acoustic is an absolute fav) By Your Side and Because It's You (both of these are ballads) Innocent Love (also known as First Love) is another great one - from their first astroad concert.

Astro also has 2 subunits: Moonbin&Sanha with 'Bad Idea' and 'Who', and Jinjin&Rocky with 'Just Breath'. There's also a pre released song for Moonbin&Sanha that is called 'Ghost Town' that has an MV too. The two subunits are sooooo good, you have to check it out💜 Thank you for reacting to Astro🥰

Fan theory: All Night is Beauty and the Beast themed-Beauty aspect; rose in the bell jar, over grown garden idea. Blue Flame is Beast aspect; hence the wolf. The neutral room that seemed out of place is the ballroom tieing the 2 together.

Knock dance practice is such an ASMR with those foot stomps.
Mj is the only one enlisted currently. No comebacks have been announced yet. Units would be the most probable since MJ is unavailable unless he recorded stuff for another album/ep before he left. As far as title tracks with OT6 you have One, After Midnight and Candy Sugar Pop which you already watched so technically 2-3. There are the DDoCA group made MVs (1 in a Million, Call Out, You & Me, Our Spring and Footprint) and the Universe MVs (Alive and U&Iverse). MJ did a solo trot song, Get Set Yo. If you add in the two sub-units of Moonbin and Sanha and Jinjin and Rocky then you have another 3; Bad Idea, Who and Just Breathe. They also did a special 'this is how we put things together' dance practices of With You and Moonwalk. That is a total of 13 more at least.
They also did We Still (Be With You) as a ddoca.

I have also recently found ASTRO, so I really appreciate this series. I now feel like I'm not the only one experiencing their music in this way. I had *heard* of ASTRO, but I just didn't take the time to check them out. What a mistake! I'm late to the party, but here for it nonetheless!
Thank you for your reaction. You can look for some solo performances, and MV's too. Also there are Subunit MV's that are so good too. Highly recommended, another side of ASTRO. And of course their B-sides are gold, incredible. Please keep checking on them

Their most edgy and hard hitting song is "ONE". Astro is just really diverse and they always deliver. 🥰🔥 After their title tracks you should also watch or listen to their b-sides, you'll fall in love. The b-sides are more of your style. Their b-sides also don't disappoint. 😉💜

Since you enjoy the emotional songs so much, I suggest you research the meanings behind the lyrics, the reason for the song, and who it was written for. That knowledge alone will give you greater insight into the songs you are listening to and maybe it will help you to enjoy them all the more.

They're just waiting for Sanha to be an adult to do that mature concept.
'One' leans more towards edgier side of their discography than their other songs. And then comes 'after midnight' which is more of a mature version of 'baby' I'd say.
And asides from these, I'd like to recommend you to react to their bside stages. They are really good at ballad songs too. These are usually my personal top faves-waterfall, you're my world, bloom(you must watch the live ver. But I think it may be copyrighted), because it's you , lie -and the list goes on😅.

i still like it though but i did like reggae part
I agree, Blue Flame was not that outstanding a song and kind of generic, for me it didn't suit Astro's colour.
While Candy Sugar Pop is more Astro's colour it also fell a but flat for me personally, like it lacked that one thing, like a cup of coffee but a weak one...?
Their bsides are excellent though👌Looking forward to when you do a complete album stream 😁
