Cant agree more on this. ASTRO is a complete package. They literally get everything in that one group ; the vocal, the rap ; the dance; the harmony. Then again you will find their unique individual charisma. Especially the two subunits, Moonbin Sanha and Jinjin Rocky. These two give different vibes from their group songs. Seriously I never ever get tired of it whenever they make a comeback. Cos i know that we definitely get something creative and new from them. Something novel. The only bad point about Astro that i cant stop staning them and my wallet is getting shattered already lol.

to your point about astro having good transitions between vocals and rap, i agree! there are definitely a lot of kpop songs where i'm like, oh this rap sounds out of place, or this song would sound better without the rap, but i rarely if ever feel that way about astro tracks. and it may be because jinjin and rocky (the rappers) are very involved in the artistic process and write all their own rap verses. but anyway i feel like the raps in astro songs always sound very thoughtfully done and enhance the song rather than detract from it.

Knock is my favorite song from them so I would suggest reacting to Knock next and also All Night, Crazy Sexy Cool and Again (Dance Practice). I love their choreos and dance style. It's not just their synchronization, it's their smoothness, sometimes even elegance, and the imagery they form. In Blue Flame's last chorus, the step where they bring their whole body to the ground while the lyrics say "falling falling" is an example of how their movements can look smooth but are incredibly difficult to execute. Thanks for reaction Astro. I would like to expose you to Rocky (a rapper who resembles a machine gun) in other vibes with "CPR" song , which is his self-composed solo song. And now , Rocky was also responsible for singing the high notes instead of MJ (now in the military), which gave a different feel. You can hear them both on "Like Stars" song between MJ's original version and Rocky's version on a music show.
It was fun watching you get to know Astro! The rapper from One is Rocky, who's also one of their main dancers (they have two, the other being the super buff one from After Midnight, Moon Bin). Interestingly, Astro's main vocalist (MJ, red hair from After Midnight) is currently doing his military service, so Rocky carries all of MJ's high notes and adlibs in live versions of Candy Super Pop, because he's also actually an incredible singer. Definitely check out All Night, Knock, Always You, and Crazy Sexy Cool to get some more sense of their range, though honestly all their title tracks are really solid. Their first four singles (with music videos, the actual fourth never got an MV) are really bright and cute (Sanha and Rocky were still in high school all the way through Crazy Sexy Cool), but Astro are incredible dancers and the choreo for all the songs is really impressive. I think you'd also like Astro's subunits, Moonbin & Sanha (Bad Idea, Who, Ghost Town) and Jinjin & Rocky (Just Breathe), because they really diversify their sounds there as well.

I'm glad that you find and react to Astro. The beautiful guy you noticed is Cha Eun Woo or Eunwoo for short (w is silent by the way:), fast rapper is Rocky and the buff guy who is the main dancer is Moon Bin. The other rapper is Jinjin withe the deeper voice, MJ is the main vocalist doing most of the adlibs and high notes and Sanha is the maknae who has a beautiful timbre to his voice. I think the variety of songs you chose represent Astro to a degree. As you realized they can do uplifting, summer songs perfectly since it is their signature style. They are called refreshing idols who can always energize you and put a smile on your face. But they have more mature songs like Blue Flame and One. If you decide to continue discovering Astro, I recommend All Night MV, Again Dance Practice and When You Call My Name dance practice since they all show a different side of Astro. Their dance practices and stage performances are superb by the way, they are always perfectly synchronized.

You chose really good mvs and the order you played, YES thats the order how i show to my friends to impress them. CSP&AM are refreshing and cute, visualization of pastel and neon. ONE&BF are much darker and give STRONG impression as hell. The gap between each song impresses people.
I have to say most of my favourite songs from Astro are from their early days. I still play them over and over all the time. I just fell in love with their quirky/wacky, sparkling and bubbly side. Their debut song "Hide and Seek" was such a bop, especially for a debut song! Similar songs I can recommend are: - "Hide and Seek" (2016) - "First Love" (2016) - "Cat's eye" (2016) - "Breathless" (2016) - "Fireworks" (2016) - "Confession" (2016) - "Again" (2017) - "Baby" (2017) - "With You" (2017) - "Crazy, Sexy, Cool" (2017) - "All Night" (2019) - "Moonwalk" (2019) - "Somebody Like" (2020), I'm sorry but this song is so much better than "Knock" or any other on the album But they evolved so much, their musical growth is so impressive. "Blue Flame" is really graceful and sublime. You also have to love Astro for their visuals. The aesthetics are so heavenly, sensitive, celestial and earthy. I especially love the album "All Light" for it's design, color and their photoshoots.

Cant agree more on this. ASTRO is a complete package. They literally get everything in that one group ; the vocal, the rap ; the dance; the harmony. Then again you will find their unique individual charisma. Especially the two subunits, Moonbin Sanha and Jinjin Rocky. These two give different vibes from their group songs. Seriously I never ever get tired of it whenever they make a comeback. Cos i know that we definitely get something creative and new from them. Something novel. The only bad point about Astro that i cant stop staning them and my wallet is getting shattered already lol.

ASTRO, a group made up of 6 of the most talented guys in kpop and other fields. In addition to singers and dancers, they are actors and models. The rap line (Jin Jin and Rocky) has composed their parts since their debut song and they make up the 2nd sub unit.
Our leader (Jin Jin) is a prolific composer, Rocky is the best dancer in the industry (He is currently participating in the musical The Three Musketeers).
Moon Bin, follows right behind him, hot on his heels.
MJ, lead vocalist, currently doing his military service, is one of the best voices in the entire industry and has also dabbled in trot music (Korean pop music and very popular among adults) and musicals. Sanha our maknae, he has also participated in a musical, he has a beautiful voice and he is a very good dancer. Form the Sub Unit with Moon Bin. Cha Eun Woo (cha unú, could be the closest thing in pronunciation) has a beautiful voice, and the one who has dabbled in acting the most (dramas worldwide). Recurring MC in shows, festivals and TV programs. Model of many national and international brands such as Burberry, O'Neill, Chaumet to name a few, currently an ambassador for Dior. He is said to be the king of commercials. He has also dabbled in composition. He is known for being perfect not only visually (sculpted by the Gods) but because everything he does, he does perfectly (because he works hard and perseveres in what he sets out to do). Visual name of the group (although they all are) has been in charge since the debut of putting ASTRO in the arena as soon as he participated in the program and many came to ASTRO through him (especially after seeing some of his dramas) He has done better marketing for ASTRO than his own agency. Agency mainly of actors, it has gone through many financial difficulties and it has been Eunwoo and ASTRO who have kept it afloat.

to your point about astro having good transitions between vocals and rap, i agree! there are definitely a lot of kpop songs where i'm like, oh this rap sounds out of place, or this song would sound better without the rap, but i rarely if ever feel that way about astro tracks. and it may be because jinjin and rocky (the rappers) are very involved in the artistic process and write all their own rap verses. but anyway i feel like the raps in astro songs always sound very thoughtfully done and enhance the song rather than detract from it.

Knock is my favorite song from them so I would suggest reacting to Knock next and also All Night, Crazy Sexy Cool and Again (Dance Practice). I love their choreos and dance style. It's not just their synchronization, it's their smoothness, sometimes even elegance, and the imagery they form. In Blue Flame's last chorus, the step where they bring their whole body to the ground while the lyrics say "falling falling" is an example of how their movements can look smooth but are incredibly difficult to execute. I would like to expose you to Rocky (a rapper who resembles a machine gun) in other vibes with "CPR" song , which is his self-composed solo song. And now , Rocky was also responsible for singing the high notes instead of MJ (now in the military), which gave a different feel. You can hear them both on "Like Stars" song between MJ's original version and Rocky's version on a music show.
It was fun watching you get to know Astro! The rapper from One is Rocky, who's also one of their main dancers (they have two, the other being the super buff one from After Midnight, Moon Bin). Interestingly, Astro's main vocalist (MJ, red hair from After Midnight) is currently doing his military service, so Rocky carries all of MJ's high notes and adlibs in live versions of Candy Super Pop, because he's also actually an incredible singer. Definitely check out All Night, Knock, Always You, and Crazy Sexy Cool to get some more sense of their range, though honestly all their title tracks are really solid. Their first four singles (with music videos, the actual fourth never got an MV) are really bright and cute (Sanha and Rocky were still in high school all the way through Crazy Sexy Cool), but Astro are incredible dancers and the choreo for all the songs is really impressive. I think you'd also like Astro's subunits, Moonbin & Sanha (Bad Idea, Who, Ghost Town) and Jinjin & Rocky (Just Breathe), because they really diversify their sounds there as well.
Yes! Astro were my gateway into K-pop. All Night was the song that dragged me in so you should check that out. Crazy, Sexy, Cool and Baby too. They have subunits too and since Rocky seems to be your bias you’ll have to check out the rappers unit song Just Breathe, it’s really fun!

I got so excited to see you doing an Astro video! Looks like you're leaning toward Rocky as a bias, which would make sense as he is an amazing rapper, but also one of the best dancers in K-pop. Seriously, please check out some of his solos dance covers, as well as their dance practices. They are so in sync, it's crazy! The song that got me hooked on Astro was Crazy, Sexy, Cool and it is still one of my favs, but honestly, I don't think I've ever heard a song from them that I don't like.

I'm glad that you find and react to Astro. The beautiful guy you noticed is Cha Eun Woo or Eunwoo for short (w is silent by the way:), fast rapper is Rocky and the buff guy who is the main dancer is Moon Bin. The other rapper is Jinjin withe the deeper voice, MJ is the main vocalist doing most of the adlibs and high notes and Sanha is the maknae who has a beautiful timbre to his voice.
I think the variety of songs you chose represent Astro to a degree. As you realized they can do uplifting, summer songs perfectly since it is their signature style. They are called refreshing idols who can always energize you and put a smile on your face. But they have more mature songs like Blue Flame and One.
If you decide to continue discovering Astro, I recommend All Night MV, Again Dance Practice and When You Call My Name dance practice since they all show a different side of Astro. Their dance practices and stage performances are superb by the way, they are always perfectly synchronized.

If you’re doing 4 songs at a time, you will cover all their official MV’s in 3-4 sessions. That should cover all MV’s, Universe videos and subunit MV’s. Then another 4 sessions for dance practices (a must!) But once all that is out of the way, I hope you dig deeper into their discography as Astro’s B sides are the true gems!

I have to say most of my favourite songs from Astro are from their early days. I still play them over and over all the time. I just fell in love with their quirky/wacky, sparkling and bubbly side. Their debut song "Hide and Seek" was such a bop, especially for a debut song! Similar songs I can recommend are:
