Forgot to add: the instructions suggest ingesting this medicine for up to 26 weeks. Apparently it helps delivering oxygen and nutrients to all body parts and the brain🙏

Bro when I was younger I think I had this for 3 years from working out twice a day 7 days a week and cutting weight a lot not eating enough I’m now out of high school and work out and recover properly. How can I tell if I fully recovered from this as I had it bad. I though more was always better when I was young so I took it to extremes. I make progress now for once which is nice but I really want to know it’s caused me a lot of heart ache.
