This is the most thoughtful genuine proposal I have ever heard. This man is handsome, intelligent, and by far going to make the most amazing husband in the world. There are no words to describe how wonderful a person he is to put so much effort, time, and thought into the person of his dreams. Men start taking notes...although no one is in this mans league!!!!!!

Some people on here say that it went on and on but I think it was just perfect. It was just so sweet and what he said I think so many other women out there would wish they heard the same things said to and about them in their lives. I wish the couple the very best.

The way he was talkin, you'd think they were together for years but he said first valentines day. What the hell his speech way over the top for this young of a relationship.

I have a question. How do males and females bond with each other? I don't see how men and women can bond (especially romantically) with each other. Men and women think very differently from each other.
Women can build incredible friendships and become very close to each other in a way men can't bond, and science shows that women can bond very well with each other. Generally, women are even more social than men are. After something bad happens, a woman quickly rushes to talk to all of her female friends to get support, whereas a man can isolate himself and grief alone.
Women tend to be more emotional, more caring, more empathic, more compassionate, more affectionate, more loyal, more nurturing, more understanding, more sympathetic, more sensitive, more kind-hearted, more peaceful, more calmer, more gentle, more expressive, more intuitive, and more outward than men are, and thus bond more with other women in a special way that they can’t with men. Men, on the other hand, are not that emotional, and thus can’t bond with other men in a special way.
Women are more comfortable being around with other women than they are with men. They have a type of bond that usually men with women won’t really have, or with men and men.
Women feel a lot safer in general with other women than they do with men if either is alone with each other, and it is easier for women to trust other women more than it is to trust a man.

It did go on for quite a while, but c'mon, it was a cute idea and a sweet way to purpose.
This was the longest most drawn out boring with zero shock factor proposal I've ever seen ... Excellent job on the collage of every sappy song mashed together at the end.. Super original 👍

"The moment Lindsay has dreamed of her entire life". I'm not going to repeat what everyone else has said about the lack of romance or the other things lacking in this event. It may well have been a nice idea for the couple involved. Simply put, it's certainly not how I'm going to do it.

Don't listen to these comments, it was you two will remember for the rest of your life. Who cares if it was a long talk apparently he had a lot to say about the woman he loved. Not really, though. It all really depends on the two people getting engaged and the depth of their relationship. Time doesn't mean a thing when you really are truly in love with somebody. "A relationship is not based on the length of time you've spent together, its based on the foundation you've built together." You'll understand one day when you truly fall in love..
