I've set local user accounts requiring password, however i;ve now noticed that i cant print wirelessly from PC or even on USB. The printer gets the signal but returns an incorrect password error. Might you have an idea how to sort this out?

@@RahatTechnicalHub Your response is appreciated. Do you mean i should remove the password I've created? We're trying to stop unauthorized printing in the office. I thought requiring a few people to have to login before using the printer would solve the issue.

@@RahatTechnicalHub I hope I can explain the issue better. I haven't forgotten my password. The printer now has a login password which I know, problem is I can't print from the computer either by wireless means or USB. Once I send a print job from the PC, the printer senses it and requests I log in. After logging into the administrator account the print job now on the printer returns an error saying "wrong password"
So the only thing the printer can be used for is copying or printing from a flash disk. So my question is how do I change settings on my computer to be able to send a print job to the printer. I thought your first response was telling me that I can remove the password from the comp (printer driver settings)
