Amazing video ! Everything you pointed out is spot on. However, an underrated/overlooked aspect about Atlanta is the rich history here. From the Native Americans, Civil War, and Civil Rights Movement, we have it all here. As a history buff, it’s awesome.
You're absolutely right. Atlanta definitely has a rich history. AS a real estate buff, I appreciate the history but am not a history buff by any means. Thank you for watching and joining the conversation. Let us know if we can help in anyway!
Atlantic railyard hub and Ga in general is an original colony named after King George II
Super helpful!!
I'm glad I could be of assistance. Now I'm off to save the world with my RUclips videos!

Hey man, is Atlanta a good place for a supply chain manager? in terms of job positions
Full disclosure, I’m not in the supply chain management or logistics industry so take what I say with grain of salt. Having said that. Logistics, manufacturing engineering, tech, and the overall economy are all booming. I have quite a few personal friends who have had and continue to have great careers in the supply chain management and logistics industry.
It's way too crowded now. Too many people, cars and constant destruction of forests.
I think that could be said for all metro areas. Have you thought about moving to a more rural setting? BTW Atlanta has more trees than any other US city.
Been between LA and or Miami/Tampa area. Atlanta has the amazing market for acting right now which I want to build experience in. I don’t like the fact it looks ghetto there, traffic looks horrendous, the coast or ocean is way far away. And it’s prob expensive!!
Hey Dan, thanks for watching and commenting! Like all major metro areas, including LA, Miami, Tampa and yes Atlanta, there are definitely some areas that are "ghetto". Surprisingly there is bad traffic in those same cities. I think due to the fact that there are tons of people in cities. Cost of living in in Miami is 12% higher than Atlanta. LA is 30% more expensive and Tampa is about the same. I'll give it to you, LA, Miami and Tampa are all definitely closer to the coast but you do have lots of lakes, mountains, forest and parks. if you're into that sort of stuff, like myself. So enjoying nature and the outdoors is easy. So a couple times a year I make the 5 hr drive to our favorite Florida beach, 30A, and spend a week or so with the family on the beach. Which is what we did last week. I guess it boils down to personal preference and what you value most. Best of luck with the acting and thanks again for the opinion.
Most of ATL is not ghetto fool. Have you even been through all of Atlanta including the metro area, every nuke and cranny?
@@LIVINGINATLGA Who needs an ocean 3 miles away when you have dominant industries and plenty else going on including a focal location in the south east? If you want the beach you have Savannah and the other coastal areas or you can drive 240 miles, which is nothing considering most states have no close access
Tampa is a nobody city, it’s laughable you put the name adjacent to two Alpha GDP high value producing cities 😂
@@neox9369 you’re right for sure. Tampa
Is nothing but. A bunch of rich ass inheritance kids and OF girls looking for a pay date
Not that many Asians there... not that many Latinos, there are some. But it's mostly black and white people...
Thanks for the feedback. I've shared a lot of these demographic stats in our others videos as well, but North Atlanta outside of the perimeter has a 20% Asian population. I'd agree it's mostly black and white, but Atlanta does have a very diverse international community.
Ya doesn’t seem like a melting pot like LA
I was told the Asians are mostly in Gwinnett county.
@@lutrailahobbs3086 You are correct! Mainly Duluth
@@lutrailahobbs3086 yeah but not the overall demographics. Now. Atlanta just like Houston, and Dallas, Austin, is becoming more quote-unquote multi-racial or International, but it's still a Southern state, and in the South it's mostly black and or white.
