Are you sure it's not off? The lights red lol. You might be listening through your tv/other system speakers. I've got the SB160, red is off, blue is bluetooth, white is hdmi-arc. Might want to check that. Heh
I actually bought this model during Black Friday. Used it for a week and decided it wasn’t the best for me and I returned it. Without the adjustable bass, certain movies, music and commercials would come out blasting with bass and it was too much. Decent sound but the bass over consumed quality of audio.
Hi, you can only connect using an HDMI or optical cable. USB is just for servicing. There is no aux connection on this soundbar. You might have to buy something different.
Hi... Can you please help me, my jbl Sb170 is stuck on demo mode... I have tried everything I have been told, but nothing works, but I connect it to the jdme arc then it works... And will respond to my TV remote.

I personally don’t use the arc function in this speaker and therefore I can’t say for this soundbar. But I’ve used previously on my ex girlfriend’s tv and Sony sound bar and yes it worked with just the tv remote. Sorry couldn’t be of much help
i have a question mine started having sound issues and like shows are alot less loud than they used to be at 25% is there anything i can do about that cause it is really weird

Not sure. But I’m pretty sure that you can’t. Though the soundbar has a great sound quality, peripheral connections are limited.
